About Anna Thomas
We moved here in 2010 and the Barn was converted in 2012 as part of our plan to escape to the country. It is such a special place and feels good for the soul. Easy to get to with lots of attractions around.
Anna Thomas purchased this Barn in 2010

Perfect in every way
Such a lovely place to stay. Welcoming host and gorgeous accommodation. Loved every minute of it.
real countryside near everything
the place is very nice and peaceful in the countryside but near from everything to visit : castles, abbeys, gardens, industrial archeological sites (Coalbroke dale,...) .
The house is comfortable and clear with the large windows both sides.
A pleasant surprise
It is a pleasant surprise to enter this tastefully converted, well equipped and spacious barn. Nevertheless there are a few items that could be improved. There is too little room to store clothing because there are no shelves in the bedrooms. That implies that most of our clothes had to remain in our suitcases.
Furthermore the two leather couches were very uncomfortable.
Thank you for your feed back. It is a Grade 2 listed building and I therefore have to respect this. This also means I have I have to be mindful with the space that I have available. The wardrobe is built into the room due to these concerns. There is no room for shelves but there is drawer space too that can be utilised. It’s a shame that you had to use your suitcases. Had this been mentioned to me, I could have tried to offer further help.
I’m sorry that you found the sofas uncomfortable. This is the only feed back that I’ve had regarding either of these concerns. Thank you. I will review the sofas too.
A delightful country getaway.
A wonderful barn conversion in the Shropshire countryside but close enough to the town lovely town of Bridgnorth and the charming village of Much Wenlock to be able to enjoy the best of both worlds.
Thank you for such a lovely review. Perhaps we’ll see you again sometime next time you come over to England?
Relaxing stay in a fabulous location with home like comforts.
Frog Mill Barn on Colemore Farm is a delightful conversion. Well equipped for a short term stay. Very effectively & efficiently planned and constructed in a very peaceful rural location. The extra touches provided by the owners were well received. A very convenient location to explore such a fascinating area of Shropshire.
Thank you for such a lovely review. It is such a special place and I’m glad that you enjoyed it. Frog Mill Barn helps to soothe the senses yet is not far from anyway. There’s always something to do in the area or there’s the choice of just enjoying the location quietly.
Clean, bright, warm and comfortable
Peaceful and quiet deep in the countryside-but easy to reach. Just what we wanted.
Thank you. I am so happy that you enjoyed your stay.
