In the very heart of Saint Tropez, only 2 minutes by foot from the legendary Place des Lices and the buzzing center of St. Tropez with its internationally renowned port, restaurants, boutiques, clubs etc. This quiet, charming apartment offers two balconies (17 m2 and 6 m2) with a beautiful view, a 33m2 living room with an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with Gaggenau appliances, 2 bedrooms and one bathroom, electric heating / air-conditioning, alarm system, automatic shutters, elevator to privately assigned underground parking.

This new apartment is on the 2nd floor of a three-storey building. The apartment and the two balconies add up to about 95 m2. The construction of the building was finished in 2015.

The living room with the open plan kitchen (Gaggenau appliances) is 33 m2 big, with two big balcony doors leading to the main balcony of 17 m2. From this sunny, furnished balcony, there is a beautiful view on a lush garden/park (no building directly vis-à-vis!) as well as the Citadelle of St. Tropez.

The apartment has two bedrooms. In the larger bedroom there is a king bed measuring 180 x 200 cm. In the small bedroom there is a double bed measuring 140 x 190 cm. This bedroom leads to a balcony of 6m2, which has same charming view as the main balcony.

There is one bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.

The apartment is equipped with an alarm system, air conditioning, automatic balcony door shutters and Villeroy & Boch china/glassware. The access to the building is secured and an elevator serves all the floors and the underground parking. One underground parking space comes with the apartment.

The apartment is located in the very heart of St Tropez – all within walking distance! Just a two minutes by foot from this peaceful haven is the legendary place des Lices and the buzzing center of St Tropez with its internationally renowned port, cafés, restaurants, clubs, boutiques etc.

                                    The apartment (and the location, decoration...) is truly a gem and we love it. The nicest apartment we have ever had in St Tropez. The building is new and RIGHT IN THE CENTER of the town - perfect location! Because of the two big balconies and their view on a little park, the apartment feels like a haven of peace in the heart of St Tropez. Great host. We can't wait to come back next year.
