Our house sits in a very quiet cul de sac offers an ideal and perfect location in the heart of Derbyshire. It has Safe OFF road parking
The house has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 + 1 Baby (cot, bedding and highchair provided)
Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed. Bedroom 2 has a double bed. All bedding and towels are included; a hair-dryers are also provided in both rooms. All wardrobes are in the main Bedroom.
We take our cleanliness very seriously at No 31, Mattress and Pillow protectors are changed after each and every guests stay.
Every effort is made to ensure your stay is one you will want to repeat. Quality bed linens, Goose feather and down duvets (Hypoallergenic duvets available on request) and Christy fluffy towels, The White Company toiletries are all part of the pleasure of a stay at No 31 plus plenty of little extra thoughtful touches.
The bathroom has a power shower over a low bath. Toilet rolls and hand soaps provided.

Our Beautiful house is perfect for a holiday away any time of the year with family and friends, ideal for families, the house is very child friendly with a secure gated area and at the back around the corner from the house is a secure children's play area with swings and slides.
Above average equipped kitchen as well as the standard appliances it also comes equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer (washing liquid and softener provided) and dishwasher (tablets provided) we also leave most of the things you will need for a lovely stay and lots of extras you so often don't find elsewhere all you should need is your food!
We also have Denby crockery as standard.
Along with lots of coffee, tea, milk and sugar, we also leave you a lovely selection of goodies to welcome you after your journey.
Ample living space with plenty of seating and includes a 40" flat wide screen TV with Freeview, a DVD player and Wifi. The dining area seats 4 has a view of our beautiful enclosed sunny garden.
We also have a huge selection of tourist leaflets, books, games and a lots cycling, walking guides to the area are in the bookcase
FREE UNLIMITED WIFI and Broadband we even have 4G (subject to your mobile provider) in the house and garden.
The patio area in the garden is south facing; patio furniture and a gas barbecue/utensils are provided. There is an available outdoor space (lockable shed) to store cycles and other outdoor equipment
There is a Private drive for safe Off road parking which is not very steep and levels off at the top and a 8" ~ 9" step which is a front porch area before entering the house.
