Welcome to this country house located on the outskirts of Sencelles. It can accommodate 6 people.

It is a villa with a large garden to walk around and another garden area that invites you to barbecue or enjoy sunbathing on one of the six sun loungers. The 6 x 3 m high chlorine pool with a depth of 1.20 m is our guests' favorite place to cool off quickly. Two fully furnished porches invite you to hold evenings with your family, perhaps you fancy a barbecue? The small ones of the family can be entertained in the beautiful playground. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbors.

The property is distributed in two buildings of a single plant. In the main house there are three bedrooms, two bedrooms with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. There are two bathrooms, an en suite bathroom with shower and a second bathroom with shower. For our younger guests we will prepare a cot and a highchair. The living room is very cozy, where you can watch satellite TV or just relax. The kitchen / dining room is independent and of vitroceramic, has all the necessary utensils to cook without any problem. Six radiators complete the equipment.

In the second building there is a gas cooker and a bathroom with shower. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The house is in the countryside but at the same time only a few minutes walk from the village of Sencelles, a charming site in the center of the island. There is a small supermarket, a bank, restaurants and everything you need for your stay. However, a car is necessary, on the one hand to get to the beach and on the other to move on the island. If you like home cooking, we recommend going to a celler, typical Mallorcan restaurants where you can taste all the good that the island offers. On Wednesdays the weekly market takes place in Sineu, the most traditional of the island. Market stalls, full of fruits, vegetables, clothing, crafts and jewelry.
