Located on the 3rd floor of the famous Belle Epoque building "Grand Hôtel", this well renovated apartment offers a panoramic view over the beach: from Cape Gris Nez to the Boulogne lighthouse. The sea is at your feet!

Large apartment ideal for family or 2 couples with children: 6 people (possible 8).

The surface is 87m2 with 7 windows sea view! The apartment has 2 bedrooms (1 double bed + 1 folding bed in each room), 1 living room of 35m2 (living room + dining room), 1 independent kitchen, 1 bathroom with WC, Many tidying up.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the famous "Grand Hôtel" of Wimereux. Access is via the historic lift. It is west facing, facing the sea.

In order to spend a comfortable holiday, we offer you all the facilities: free wifi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, games for children (console, beach games), and for the biggest, a bar With unobstructed sea view at 180 °!

The furniture and accessories are new. The bedding is also new: 2 double beds, 2 folding beds and 1 sofa bed in the living room with duvet and pillow.

Cleaning products and basic necessities (salt / pepper, vinegar / oil, herbs, flour, sugar ...), dish towels and hand towels are provided; But also some pasta / rice if you arrive late ... Think of us, replenish;)

The tourist tax as well as the internet are included in the rental price.

The charges are included at the level of an average consumption (beyond that a supplement will be requested)

Optional cleaning not included: 40 €

Bed linen and towels package not included: for 1 person (15 €), for 2 people (25 €)

The car parks around the residence are free.

Possibility of putting bicycles in the courtyard on a support (to be attached with padlock).

The building is located on the dam of Wimereux, facing the sea. It is 5 minutes walk to the shops (downtown) where the main street welcomes you with its many shops and services. Put your car and do everything on foot!

The dike, located under your windows, with its typical wimereusiennes, its restaurants, its beach cabins and its sailing club, is one of the most appreciated places of walk of the region! The building is also a departure from many hikes on the coastal paths.

Access by train: Train station located 15mn on foot

Access by bus: Regular routes nearby

Access by car: via the A16 15 minutes by car

Beau dépaysement et bon bol d'air frais

Trop bien la location,

Contact avec le propriétaire aisé, et beaucoup d'informations sur la location.. Nous avons apprécié ce contact.

Bravo aussi pour l'accueil que nous a réservé Madame Muller, comme Professionnelle , mais aussi connaissant parfaitement Wimereux et pour cause !!!.

Vous avez de la chance de pouvoir profiter de la dernière concierge sur les appartements de Wimereux.

Elle est très compétente et très affable.

Merci encore pour ce séjour dont nous avons profité avec nos petits enfants, parisiens et nordistes..

Nous y reviendrons et nous vous recommandons vivement cette location.

Super appartement!! Emplacement parfait

Très bien, juste sur la plage, superbe vue! Grand et propre. Nous étions 5, c'était parfait!

Seul bémol: le linge de maison (mauvaise qualité) est à louer 25€ pour 2 personnes, même pour 2 nuits.

Nous avons passer un super séjour.

L'appartement est nickel et possède une vue magnifique sur la mer et la digue. Les équipements de l'appartement sont top.
