Three-bedroom apartment, furnished and equipped to a high standard, in the seaside town of Nairn. Fairway apartment is in a quiet residential setting within a 3-minute drive or 10-minute walk from the town centre or beach.

The apartment has a balcony with table and chairs with views over the Nairn Dunbar golf course, Moray Firth, Ben Wyvis mountain and the hills beyond of Ross-shire and Sutherland.

The apartment is on the first floor of a small apartment building (3 other private apartments). The open plan lounge/diner/kitchen is well equipped with a modern kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster and plenty of kitchenware. The lounge has recliner settees and arm chair, TV with Freeview, Blu-ray DVD player. There is a selection of games, books, DVD and CDs. There is a balcony with table and chairs for 4, great views of the Nairn Dunbar golf course, Moray Firth, the hills beyond of Sutherland and Ross-shire and the iconic Highland mountain Ben Wyvis.

There are 2 bedrooms on the same floor, one double with wardrobe, dresser, bedside lamps and en suite shower room, the other with 2 single beds, wardrobe, dresser and bedside unit.

The master bedroom is accessed by a spiral staircase. This is a very spacious room with king size bed, wardrobe, bedside units with lamps, couch and en suite shower room. This room also has a foos ball table.

The apartment has 2 hairdryers and an iron and ironing board.

There is free Wi-Fi and on-site parking beside the apartment.

Cot and High Chair available at no extra cost.

Sorry no pets.

Check in time is between 4pm and 10pm and check out time is up to 10am.

A 25% deposit is required on the day of booking to confirm the booking with the final balance of 75% due, along with a £100 refundable damage deposit, no later than 6 weeks before the arrival date. Once the booking is confirmed you are liable for the full cost of the booking if the booking is cancelled. A cancellation policy is available.

Note - regretfully it is not permissible to park commercial vehicles in the apartment car park.

lovely apartment with great views

We stayed in this lovely apartment- family of 5- February mid term break. The apartment is in a peaceful/tranquil area of Nairn and takes just 20 minutes walk to centre of Nairn and it's beautiful beach.There is car parking space specific to the apartment which is really handy. The apartment has a large balcony which looks over the Moray firth and the golf course which is very scenic. The apartment itself is very cosy and well laid out for families and golfers alike. The upstairs ensuite bedroom is huge and has a table football game which my kids were playing alot!! The kitchen has all the necessary appliances- microwave, oven/hob, washing machine/dryer and dishwasher. We settled into the property very quickly and would definitely consider returning in the future for another holiday. Nairn is a great base for exploring the beautiful highlands. All in all a great holiday.

Terrific apartment with wonderful views

Our family very much enjoyed our long stay in the Fairway apartment. It was good value for money at this time of year. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped, it has a terrific kitchen with great equipment. The bathrooms are very luxurious. Crucially in January, the central heating works very very well. The views out across the golf course and over the Moray Firth are spectacular.

You need to have your own car to get the most out of this apartment, it is too far too walk into town if you have children with you.

The carpet in the upstairs bedroom needs a clean, but that's the only small issue with the apartment itself.

I made a booking initiall for 13 nights, then quickly realised that I had made an error and did not need the last night. When I explained this to Gael Holiday Homes I was told that they would change the booking but could not refund the night's payment unless someone else booked the home. I feel this is not acceptable and very poor service. I made a long booking for the time of year and was very quick to let them know my error. This would put me off using Gael Holiday homes again.

A really nice stay in Nairn

The flat is very nice, very well furnished, clea. The kitchen has all you need and much more. The terrace and the view over the golf and in direction "sea" is marvellous. It is very well located. And very clean.
