Casa Rosa is a solidly and beautifully restored old farmhouse nestling close to the historic ancient town of Ripe San Ginesio. The house enjoys one of the best views in the region from both upper and lower terraces, taking in Ancona to the north and the Sibillinis to the west. A large entrance hall leads to an open plan living/dining area and the kitchen and utility area. The covered terrace is perfect on hot summer days for shady alfresco dining and a rear patio is ideal for breakfast. Enjoy pre or post dinner drinks on the upper terrace as you watch the sun set and on clear days catch a glimpse of the sea in the far distance. Upstairs are three double bedrooms, two of which are equipped with memory foam mattresses, while the mezzanine/study also has a comfortable double sofa-bed. The master has an en-suite bathroom complete with jacuzzi bath whilst the second bedroom(the largest) also has a single bed. As well as the second family bathroom, there is also a shower and loo downstairs. The house has WiFi and a BBC TV package.
The grounds include olives, fruit and fig trees and is fully fenced and gated. The swimming pool slopes from 1.2 to 1.5 metres and employs a more user friendly salt water system - less chlorine and no salt water taste at all.
