Number 7 is a completely modernised and refurbished terraced house with 3 bedrooms, within walking distance of the central Falmouth harbour area. The house has been tastefully decorated and furnished and offers a really comfortable and very convenient place to stay all year round. There is the added benefit of a dual level private enclose patio garden and an absolutely essential private parking space to the rear of the property.
Falmouth has developed over the last few years into one of Cornwall's really fabulous destinations because of its amazing variety of things to do. It has a really buzzing town centre filled with shops, restaurants and waterside attractions. Falmouth is a famous British sailing hotspot and hosts a popular Regatta Week every year in August. The sailing capital of Cornwall, it is renowned for being the third deepest natural port in the world. Visitors will find the town teeming with coastal treasures, ranging from fish restaurants and boat trips to The National Maritime Museum, next to Port Pendennis. Pendennis Castle, built in the 16th Century, sits high above the harbour with truly magical panoramic views across the bay. You can ride one of the Fal River Link Ferries to the beautiful St Mawes and visit Henry VIII's sister castle or take a delightful trip around the estuary stopping off at Trelissick Gardens for a cream tea.
Ground Floor: The main entrance hall leads to the sitting room and dining room with the galley kitchen to the rear. There are french window onto the little rear patio.
First Floor: There is a family bathroom on the half landing and then a master double bedroom, a smaller double and a single bedroom.
Exterior: The small patio garden has a small table and chairs on the lower level and a higher level with further seating.
Facilities & Services
Heating is via central heating throughout. The kitchen has a range of equipment. There is an electric oven and gas hob, a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge / freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. The sitting area has a flatscreen digital TV & DVD player. There is WiFi available at the property. There is an iron & ironing board.
Electricity, heating, bed linen & towels are all included but you will need to provide your own beach towels. There is a dedicated off street parking space to the rear of the property. Strictly no smoking at the property. Up to 2 dogs are allowed at the property at the small additional charge of £25 per dog per week. There is a cot & highchair available.
