This is a pretty apartment surrounded by beautiful gardens and shared swimming pool on a small complex.
It has a front entrance and french windows off the saloon area onto its own private terrace with built in BBQ, and faces the gardens and pool. It is all on the ground floor which makes access easy. It is light and airy and feels more like a small house rather than an apartment. It is 600 meters (7/9 min walk) to the beach front, shops, restaurants and amenities. It has free on street parking. The apartment is situated on a no through road and therefore has no passing traffic.
We purchased the apartment in 2017 and it has been newly painted through out. The refurbished bathroom is modern, and includes a washing machine.
The kitchen is newly fitted and has a fridge/freezer, microwave oven and hob and dishwasher. It is well equipped with kitchen utensills.
The main bedroom has a kings size bed, and air conditioning. It also has a french window, and louvered shutters opening on to a small front garden.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds and air conditioning and has a smaller window and louvered shutters also overlooking the front garden.
The bathroom has a shower, bidet, toilet, hand basin and washing machine.
The main sitting area has a dinning table which extends to seat 6
Our apartment is suitable for couples and families but out of respect to our neighbours we do not take groups of 6 people.
For people travelling with babies I can provide a travel cot as long as you let me know first.
The complex has a mixture of families and young people renting, thus peace and quiet can not be guaranteed especially in the hight of the season.
