About the property

Charming villa on the south coast of Mallorca in a peaceful and relaxing environment, overlooking the sea and surrounded by Mediterranean nature.

Just 200 meters from the sea in the residential area Son Bielo near the famous beach Es Trenc. Ideal for families or groups of friends with capacity up to 12 people.

House is distributed on 2 floors and has 2 living rooms, 2 full equipped kitchens and 6 double bedrooms with 4 bathrooms (2 in suite), beautiful garden with flowers and two terraces with private pool.

On the ground floor there is a bright living room with dining area and with direct outside exit to the garden and cosy terrace where we can enjoy wonderful chats and moments with family and friends.

Open fully equipped kitchen with exit to terrace leading to the pool, 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 in suite).

On the second floor is little open kitchen communicated with dining area and living room with exit to the balcon. 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 in suite)

Master bedroom has exit to a small balcony with access to the terrace in the attic with beautiful views to the sea where you can enjoy a romantic evening.

The house is very fresh and all bedrooms have fans, in the living rooms there is TV with satellite channels, Wifi. Air conditions.

Garden area of 500 square meters and has large terraces with barbecue area and private pool area with sun loungers.

We provide bed linen and towels.

The best beaches in Mallorca: Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, Sa Rapita and Sa Colonia, within walking distance in just 15 minutes.

Nearby golf courses Son Julia, Son Gual y Maiori.

Two marinas (Puerto Sa Rapita and Puerto S`Estanyol) offer water sports in every possible way. Boat rentals of all categories, diving, sailing, jet ski rentals, wind-surfing, kite-surfing - all options are available.

In the southwest of Mallorca, near the southern end of the "Cap de Ses Salines", is the small fishing village of Sa Rapita or Spanish La Rapita.

It belongs to the municipality of Campos and can be reached in less than half an hour from Palma airport.

There are many bike routes along the coast or north to the Randa mountains for the mountain stage.

Whether you are an amateur or professional cyclist - the south of the island is the ideal starting point for your vacation.
