Situated in an award winning complex overlooking the sea, Villa Bella is ideally located between the popular tourist area of Coral Bay and the village of Peyia.

Villa Bella has been newly refurbished to a high standard for the 2017 season. In the main part of the property is a spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining area with large verandas where you can unwind while admiring the views of the well maintained gardens and the Mediterranean Sea. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one en suite and a family bathroom. This villa is unique as it offers a separate kitchen, shower room, living area and bedroom on a lower level making this property ideal for large families.

At the back, beyond the serene private garden is a pathway leading to the shared pool which can be reached in under a minute.

This villa is just a short drive away from many fun things to do and see including beaches, bars and restaurants, shopping, Paphos Zoo, go karting, mini golf, local wineries and more. A drive to the nearby Akamas Peninsula National Park is highly recommended for its sandy beaches and wildlife. Although there are a few shops and eateries within walking distance, a car is strongly recommended when staying here.

Villa Bella is a 15-20 minute drive away from Paphos, the European Capital of Culture 2017.

To get here from Paphos airport should take around 45 minutes and from Larnaca airport about 1.5hrs.

About The Owner


I'm Caitlin and I moved to Paphos in 2015 from Northern Ireland where I grew up. I moved here with my mum, cat and dog as we were all fed up of the depressing weather that the UK and Ireland have to offer.

I enjoy property management and design so decided to try and build a career out of it by renting out holiday properties, and what better place than Cyprus to start such an endeavor!

In my spare time I am studying part time towards a Bachelor's degree in Classics, so I've got plenty to keep me busy in the quiet winter months.

The Owner purchased this villa in 2016

Why The Owner chose Peyia

The villa is located between Peyia and Coral Bay which I think is an ideal spot for visitors. Coral Bay has plenty of tourism and activities and services related to this; whereas Peyia offers more of an insight to traditional Cyprus.

Therefore the property has the best of both worlds within easy reach.

What makes this villa unique

I sincerely love this property and many of its features. Notably the sea views, the small, colourful complex, the peaceful gardens, central location.... but for me, the feature that really makes this property unique is what could almost be described as a separate apartment downstairs with a bedroom, bathroom, sitting room and kitchenette.

This offers visitors a chance to be more independent of each other with separate living spaces but still within shouting distance.

There is also a single sofa bed on this level in the living room.
