About the property

Liberty View Apartment is a modern, light and airy apartment located in the heart of Swansea's Copper Quarter Development.

It is situated less than 10 minutes walk from the Liberty Stadium, Morfa Retail Park and the Landore Park & Ride. It comes complete with views over the River Tawe and the stadium itself as well as benefiting from off road private parking.


The open plan living space consists of a kitchen, sitting and bar area. A ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, extractor and sink can be found in the kitchen. In the sitting area there is one sofa as well as a 32" TV complete with free view. The bar area situated in the kitchen seats two. The bedroom is located off the main hallway and provides a double bed, two wardrobes, a set of drawers, two bedside tables with lamps and a hairdryer. The bathroom is located adjacent to the bedroom and provides a shower over the bath, basin, toilet and heated towel rail. A small storage cupboard with an iron and ironing board can be found off the hallway.

The apartment is located on the third floor with stair and lift access.

Great location and well presented

Stayed for 2 nights and used as a base for Swansea area. Great location and nice and quiet which is what we needed. Had everything we needed and lovely clean, new feel too. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.
