Emmett's Grange is a rural property within Exmoor National Park, Simonsbath is the nearest village which has a local pub serving food, The Exmoor Forest Inn, approx 2.5 miles away.

There are numerous villages dotted over Exmoor, many with pubs and village shops. South Molton is a small country town with various amenities including Sainsbury's, approx 9 miles away. Barnstaple is a larger town, approx 15 miles.

  • Bed linen and towels are provided.

    Wifi is available however it is limited in speed/strength due to the rural location of the property.

    Heating is pre-programmed for evenings and early mornings, further heat can be provided by the numerous wood-burners (wood is provided for the wood-burners).

    Electricity and the programmed heating is included in the price of your accommodation.

    Please let us know if you would like the Aga turned up to make it hot enough for cooking, a supplement of £150 towards fuel costs is payable for this (there is a single electric oven and gas hob if you chose not to use the Aga).

    £15 supplementary fee for dogs is payable per dog.
