Refurbished 1bedroom apartment, which sleeps 4, overlooking Warlingham's quaint village green.
The apartment was recently renovated, and has a stunning contemporary kitchen and bathroom.
The apartment has parking space, and there is a car park very close if you need more parking spaces. A car isn't an essential because the apartment is surround by shops, restaurants, cafes, and the village pubs, as well as being 5-10 minutes form Upper Warlingham station by taxi or bus.
The apartment was recently fully renovated. It has 4 good sized rooms, which include a bedroom, with a very comfortable and new king-sized bed, a living room with sofa, which becomes a very large double bed if you need it, a bathroom with a good power shower, and a kitchen with full cooking & washing facilities, and a breakfast bar.
Wifi is available, and HDMI cables are provided to enable you to connect to the TV using an iPhone, ipad or laptop.
The apartment looks out onto a beautiful, historical and vibrant village green!
Guests have the apartment to themselves, and 1 parking space.
If additional parking is required there is a car park 1 minute's walk from the apartment, which if free to park in at night and in a safe location, so you can easily park more than 1 car if you needed to.
Interaction With Guests
I am available to my guests if they need me, and am generally always available on my telephone.
Depending on the guests' requirements I may or may not check them in myself.

- The florists with the MOST beautiful displays covered in fairy lights
- Excellent village butcher (Bashford's)
- A large Sainsbury's within a 5 minute drive
- A petrol garage on the village green
The apartment has a parking space, and an additional car park with a minute's walk from the property if you need parking for more than 1 car.
If you're arriving by train a bus from the local stations, Upper Warlingham or Whyteleafe South, runs up to the village green and apartment regularly. The bus journey should take no more than 10-15mins. Alternatively there is a local taxi service with an office at Upper Warlingham station and taxis are generally always available.
Other Things To Note
Being positioned above shops the apartment is surrounded by life during the day, but is very quite at night. Although there are some pubs nearby for night-life, they are at the opposite end of the village green, so can't disturb the apartment.
If you are planning an extended stay in the area, Warlingham is a great village to stay in, particularly as you also have a number of other picturesque, vibrant and busy villages nearby to visit.
I'd highly recommend Westerham, which is well known for its restaurants and cafes, and Oxted, which even has its own Picture House Cinema.

Fantastic apartment, has everything you need.
I spent Christmas in this apartment with my daughters, it's really lovely and cosy lots of local amenities if needed, the interior is lovely. It made our Christmas even more special. Would highly recommend and will be booking again in the future. Matt
