Stylish 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Apartment, Sleeps 8 People Comfortably!

Our stylish three-bedroom suite, which is located in the most exclusive residential area of Dublin City, the Grand Canal Dock Area. The apartment is surrounded by theatres, restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets and other local services. All of the City’s well-known landmarks like Ireland’s most historic university, Trinity College are within a ten-minute walk from the apartment. Temple Bar and Dublin’s leading shopping area, Grafton Street, are also only a stroll away and are next to St. Stephen’s Green, one of the best preserved Georgian Parks in the world.

This home is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with three large double beds, and in the living room is double sofa bed.

Dining area has a large dining table and six seats and you can find all the modern appliances in the kitchen including microwave oven, coffee maker, and a hob etc. Utensils, dishes and dishwasher are also available in the apartment. Other equipment such as iron and board, washing machine and tumble dryer are also provided. Bed linens, towels, toiletries and hairdryer is also provided.

Our apartment also has free Hi-Speed Wi-Fi internet throughout and there is a large flat screen TV with Cable in the living room.

Secured parking is provided with an elevator that leads you to your apartment door directly. You can easily travel all over the city centre by foot from this apartment but if you prefer the apartment is excellently serviced by all means of public transport.

Hardly luxury. Find another place to stay

Our family of 5 stayed there from the 1/8/18 - 1/11/18. We are also VRBO owners so I know how it works and what to offer your guests.

If you're looking for a "luxury" apartment, this is not it. There were a couple of serious issues that were not addressed, in fact our concerns were not responded to at all by the owner, Aidan or the agent Andre, both of whom were told numerous times via text.

First, the entry hallways to the apartments are dirty and we arrived to the carpet hallway floor squares being glued to the cement. One of us fell (due to the slippery conditions) on to the floor glue which ruined a pair of pants and a backpack. The halls need painting and cleaning as it is poorly maintained. That should have been a clue when we first arrived. The entire apartment was dirty and grimy. The floors need washing.

Second, the en suite bathroom was especially gross with leftover hair from the previous renter. It's even worse when the water doesn't drain and practically pours over the side of the shower and you are forced to stand in it. The toilet leaked.

Third, the carpet throughout the apartment needs to be replaced or at least steam cleaned and it should have been vacuumed before we arrived, which it clearly was not.

The "large" tv isn't large. There is one couch. They could use another chair.

I would love to take all the cheesy wall decor down and put them back up at the same height. The decor is Motel 6 style. The building was done on the cheap and it shows.

Overall, the area is nice to stay with many shops, bars and restaurants.

I do not recommend this owner nor do I think the cost is worth it.

There are far more places to stay and take a chance on than this one.

Great amount of space with all the amenities you could want!

Nothing but professionalism out of these owners. I was traveling in a group of 7 and had to push back meeting the property management due to a theft in our car. They were incredibly understanding and met us on our time to show us around the building and parking. The kitchen had every gadget you could possibly need and plenty of plates and bowls for all of us. The bathrooms and bedrooms were nice as well. Plenty of blankets and towels for all.

They made a stressful time for us traveling abroad a little easier. So thankful to have stumbled upon this listing!
