Our stylish three-bedroom suite, which is located in the most exclusive residential area of Dublin City, the Grand Canal Dock Area. The apartment is surrounded by theatres, restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets and other local services. All of the City’s well-known landmarks like Ireland’s most historic university, Trinity College are within a ten-minute walk from the apartment. Temple Bar and Dublin’s leading shopping area, Grafton Street, are also only a stroll away and are next to St. Stephen’s Green, one of the best preserved Georgian Parks in the world.
This home is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with three large double beds, and in the living room are two fold-out single beds and a double sofa bed.
Dining area has a large dining table and six seats and you can find all the modern appliances in the kitchen including microwave oven, coffee maker, and a hob etc. Utensils, dishes and dishwasher are also available in the apartment. Other equipment such as iron and board, washing machine and tumble dryer are also provided. Bed linens, towels, toiletries and hairdryer is also provided.
Our apartment also has free Hi-Speed Wi-Fi internet throughout and there is a large flat screen TV with Cable in the living room.
Our apartment also comes with a free access to a full gym, swimming pool and sauna where you can enjoy your relaxation. It is located on Clarendon Street near Grafton Street.
You can easily travel all over the city centre by foot from this apartment but if you prefer the apartment is excellently serviced by all means of public transport. Accessible public parking is available 24/7 just beside the apartment.

A great spot in the city
The apartment had everything we needed, and gave us plenty of space for our 7 guests. Good communications from the owners, and a very helpful manager who was on hand to make sure we had everything that we needed. Highly recommended, and thank you to Brian, Eithne and Matt!
