Fabulous three-week stay in December 2018
We had an amazing three weeks in this well-equipped spotlessly clean apartment. The views of the ocean and cliffs (and sunsets) are spectacular. It is located in a pleasant, quiet street, yet situated close to the main village. Communication with the owners was excellent. We couldn't have asked for anything more and will definitely return.
Very comfortable and lovely views
Very comfortable and all we needed with lovely views
The apartment B4 is excellent with amazing view's spotlessly clean very well equipped with all you need and more five star plus. We had almost four lovely weeks stay and Los Gigantes is a excellent resort .
Thank you Steve and Anne we are looking forward to our next stay in one of your excellent apartments . Maureen and David Johnson Lincoln UK .
Superb as always!
Los Gigantes is a very relaxing place and returning to Tamara B4 is just like home from home with everything one could wish for!
Our fourth visit to the lovely village of Los Gigantes and to Anne and Steve's brilliant apartment which, for us, has now become a much look forward to annual event. Regrettably we cannot offer much in the way of suggestions as we find LG has tentacles which draw you back every time you try to venture too far away, but this year, armed with a Bono (or the U2 card as my husband calls it) we set off to explore a little. The card which can be bought from the Supermacado in LG costs 15E and is 30% cheaper than paying regular fare and easier than sorting out change every time. San Juan is beautiful but our favourite excursion was busing to the Monday market in Playa Alcala (markets much the same the world over) but then walking back along the newly built coastal path which is stunning and brings you out at Playa de la Arena. Then through there taking in the shops to Santiago where you pick up the coast path again back to LG. There are several stops en route for a coffee or whatever takes your fancy with a backdrop to die for. Our favourite is Cappucino Maria at Santiago. Tried CK's Bistro this year - excellent meal and the new Tea House in LG well deserved a daily visit for their lovely cafetiere coffee or tea in a china cup with srummy homemade food. We'll be back LG and we could not contemplate staying anywhere else than this apartment which is in what must be one of the best situations.
Our fourth visit to Anne and Steve's great apartment and our next visit is already in the diary which speaks for itself. Armed with a bus Bono card this year, we determined to explore more of Tenerife. We haven't even used half of the credit as Los Gigantes comes equipped with tentacles which prevent you venturing too far or for too long so we have basically given up the unequal struggle and just enjoy our relaxing time there. One trip we did make was to the Monday market at Playa Alcala. Markets are pretty much the same the world over but the decision to get some exercise and walk back to LG was inspired - the views are stunning. A footpath has been installed right the way to Playa de la Arena which then joins up with a similar path from Puerto Santiago back to LG. Several places to rest your legs with whatever brew takes your fancy, a favourite of ours is Cappuccino Maria in Santiago which has a view of the cliffs and sea below to die for. As usual the apartment was brilliant together with the services of Sue and Mike who now seem like old friends. The apartment is in a fantastic situation with an uninterrupted view of the "Giants" which gives Los Gigantes it's name and the harbour below and fantastic sunsets over La Gomera opposite. Lovely, lovely place
