Characterful Victorian 3 bed, 2 bath semi detached cottage in the town of Hunstanton, Norfolk. Although very close to all amenities the cottage is in a peaceful part of the town. There is on road parking and a car park opposite the property. There is a small garden to the front of the property. The property has been sympathetically renovated to maintain some lovely original features, but with a modern twist, with FREE WIFI. There is a lounge, separate dining room wooden floors throughout, leading through to a well equipped kitchen. There is a highchair, travel cot (bed linen not included) and stair gate available for families with younger children. The bedrooms are situated over 2 floors, a king with ensuite, twin with separate bathroom on the 1st floor. The 3rd bedroom is also a king with a partial sea view. The rear of the property has a yard with dining table and chairs. It also has an outside store that could be used to store equipment such as bicycles. There is a range of beach equipment for your use. The property is just a 5 minute walk to Hunstanton/Heacham beach and a 15 minute walk to Old Hunstanton beach, with its sweeping golden sands and amazing sunsets.

Myself and my wife often spent time in Norfolk for short breaks and holidays and fell in love with the place. The sweeping beaches and wonderful places to visit along the coast meant that we were always drawn back to discover more. There is something about being by the sea and always something to do no matter what the weather. After a few years we decided to try and find a special retreat to enjoy all that Norfolk has to offer. We were fortunate enough to find Valentine Cottage in Hunstanton that we renovated with family. We have never found nicer local people than we have in Hunstanton. We would love to share our holiday home with others. Now you can find out why Norfolk is such a wonderful place!!

In a good location
My wife and I had a great time, the cottage was clean and well maintained. The service from Mr and Mrs Drew was great, I will recommend the cottage to all our friends and family. The cottage is close to shops restaurants and sea front. We find the price's in the restaurants quite reasonable. Looking forward to going back.
Thank you Mr Cotton for your kind comments. We are really pleased you enjoyed your stay as much as we do in our holiday home. We look forward to your return. Mr and Mrs Drew.
THis gem of a cottage is a Tardis!
We loved valentine cottage.
The location is perfect for acces to town and beech by foot. The on street parking was easy and safe. The cottage itself is really nicely done and although small outside, is spacious inside, with everything well arranged.
Jonathan and Sally are very responsive and helpful with any queries.
We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
If you are interested in getting around the the north Norfolk coast there are some lovely eateries within less than an hours drive.
The local scenery is also lovely.
Fabulous home from home!
We had a wonderful weeks stay at Valentine Cottage, the house is perfectly situated to explore all that Norfolk has to offer either via foot or driving if you want to go further afield. The property was very clean and comfortable with everything provided, even big fluffy towels! Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and even the luxury of an en-suite bathroom! Highly recommend, will certainly be back for a return visit!
We had a great week, you couldn't ask for anything better. Close to all the shops, restaurants and the beach. Ideally situated.
Super Cottage Near The Beach
This was our first visit to Hunstanton and what a beautiful part of the English coast this is
We came to see Tom Jones in concert at nearby Holkham Hall and had the added bonus of the Sunset Music Festival on the sea front . We were delighted at the variety of entertainment available from great gastro pubs, pirate mini golf and the royal estate at Sandringham just a few miles away.
There is also a lovely cliff top walk to charming Old Hunstanton which has a super beach and pitch and put to. After a busy day enjoying ourselves Valentine cottage was a real pleasure to come back to with everything we needed for a perfect relaxing holiday including gorgeous decor and the comfiest of beds. We have already booked our return trip
A welcoming gem close to beach and amenities
The property was easy to find, just off the main road on a quiet side street and with good parking. Inside was a clean, stylish and practical tardis, with many thoughtful touches from the owners. There was plenty of space for my 5 grandchildren, aged 7 to 13, to have their own space or be together as needed. A Sainsbury's local and pharmacy is close by and cafes within easy walking distance. The children liked Goblins in Hunstanton as they could sit outside and overlook the sea.The weather was glorious and it became a bit much to walk there and back to our favourite beach at Old Hunstanton with all our equipment. So we packed up the car and parked in the lighthouse car park. They loved old Hunstanton beach accessed via a good value beach cafe and the lifeboat station, where fresh produce could be bought. They loved preparing it and eating it round the big table. Then we wandered down to the sea front and watched the sun set with a big bunny ears ice cream from outside the arcade. A further walk along the sea front led to the funfair. Although my grandchildren had all the connections for their devices at the cottage, these were unused as they enjoyed being together and the simple pleasure of a traditional seaside holiday. They cannot wait to go again and neither can I!
Even if the weather is bad next time I know that the cottage is in a prime position to explore many places of interest along the Norfolk coast as explained in the owners' information pack.
