A perfect setting for a family relaxation, close by to St.Julians area and Paceville. Offering great outdoor entertainment, private outdoor pool,games room, shared indoor pool,fully equipped kitchen,, BBQ area, kids play area, and outdoor dining facilities. The property is close by to all amenities by car or on foot with Public Transport which is just 5 minutes away. Beaches and local restaurants and Pubs are close by. Waterpark is 10 minutes by car.

Lovely property with plenty of space

11 of us stayed at the villa in April and all had a fabulous time. It's perfect for a large party. Although this is a residential area so it may not be suitable for all-nighter parties with loud music etc. The upper bedrooms are all very comfortable, plenty of storage. 2 with ensuite and fabulous views, 2 others that share a bathroom with views over the sea/pool. (We didn't need/use the lower bedrooms/shower room, the better bedrooms are on the upper floors). The playroom is fabulous for children/teenagers, especially when the weather isn't great. There is a pool table, ping ping, air hockey and play equipment for younger children. The pool area is well equipped and clean.. My only suggestion would be to heat it in the cooler months as the children could only manage 15-20 minutes at a time. There is however a nice heated swimming pool indoors that is shared with other property's. The kitchen is well equipped and comfortable. We'd advise a car for your stay here, parking is easy either in the rd at the front or in the drive. However the bus stops are only around the corner on the main road and given how busy traffic can be, buses can be a less stressful way to travel and only approx €1.50 per person. Communication with David and Jane was very professional and prompt, we really couldn't fault them and their service. All in all it was a wonderful week in Malta in a large, very comfortable villa with beautiful views. Yes we'd stay again x

Happy with our stay despite the cold

We stayed in Villa Diamantina for our Conference trip in Malta. We had a very nice stay. The villa vas spacious and clean. The owners was reachable at all times by phone, if we needed anything at all it was delivered to us within a few hours or less. We booked a personal chef via the owner and secured very good and nicely prepared meals for the whole week. The only downside was that since the villa is a stone villa it is very cold. Although we got heater cards it was pretty cold. Lesson learned, more clothes on our next visit!

All in all we all were really happy with our stay at Villa Diamantia and the service we got!

A perfect location with a group of 12

a perfect home on Malta for our group. We were there with a group of gymnast and they have a gymnast competition on Tarxien. The bus is near the house. very good and a good service.

Lovely Stay for the YogaFlow Academy

We had our Yoga teacher training here with students coming from all corners of the world and we all had a lovely time. The Villa was super spacious with lovely views and the kitchen had all the convenient tools :) Towels were regularly provided and David and Jane, were very helpful during the whole stay. I'd recommend it to anyone, just make sure you know how many people will be staying in the house as ones you've paid, there's no refund even if someone decides to leave after the first day.

The Villa is tastefully decorated with Modern amen

We stayed in Villa Diamantina in High Ridge in August this year for a week. We were greeted by Jane one of the mangers, who was incredibly friendly and very polite. She took us around the villa to show us round and tested all appliances. She even went through the manual of the whole villa and provided us with towels for the pool.

The Villa is everything that we imagined it would be from information gathered before we left for Malta and on the internet. The villa is located in a very quiet residential area. Very close to a bus stop that enables you to have access to the other parts of Malts including Shopping malls, Supermarkets and Eating places. The Villa is well furnished with modern amenities. The view over looking Malta from the rooms were amazing and at night very spectacular. I could see the whole city alive at night lying on my bed (Magical)

The Villa is well equipped to keep the family in doors without going out all day. It has an indoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi and an out door swimming pool as well. It also has a well equipped games room which kept the family busy both children and adults. The Popular Fun & Splash Theme Park is very close to the villa which makes it even better when the children wanted a day out for a change. The bedrooms are spacious and tastefully decorated you only need to see it your self to know what am talking about. The Kitchen is stocked with modern amenities/equipments, including a dish washer, coffer/Tea machine. We also had access to a washing machine. The living area is also well decorated and well equipped anything that you would like to see in a living area was there at your disposal. Ideally everything about the villa was perfect and ideal for families

Asked if I would go back to stay in Villa Diamantina? Of course any time, I stayed in this villa with 4 other families for a week; we are going back next year summer because the children would like to spend next year holiday in the villa. I have booked the villa for our group for next year already.

I have recommended this villa to my friends and can vouch that you will not be disappointed when you book this villa. The experience and amenities can’t be matched with the rate paid for this Villa. We did not miss our home in London.

Great Villa with stunning reviews

Overall the villa was fantastic and in a great location with easy access to Paceville as well as several restaurants and supermarkets.

We enjoyed using the BBQ most nights as well as the pool and games room which were perfect for our big group.

Jane was always available to book cabs and arrange excursions for us and answered my messages very quickly.

Would definitely recommend!

St Julians, a fishing village, later turned to a summer residence for wealthy locals and now developed into one of the Island's mostly fetched resorts for night life and entertainment, especially for the youngsters and the middle aged. Within walking distance to Paceville, this village still retains some of it's old dwellings and boat houses. The small bay still shelters numerous coloured Maltese boats that are berthed here all year long. St. Julians derives it's name from the Patron Saint of hunters. St. Julians is a village for all ages and walks of life. The young at heart will enjoy nearby Paceville - this locality offers much to tourists looking for nightlife entertainment, including discos, bars , Casino , restaurants and other entertainment. Paceville/St.George's Bay is very much a resort area, and has the largest concentration of restaurants ,bars and clubs in Malta. Car Hire is recommended but Public Transport is nearby .All amenities can be reached within 5 minutes drive.

Other Activities: horse riding, watersports, clubbing, bowling, nightlife, beaches, waterparks

Golf: golf is reached within 15 minutes drive
