2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom beautifully renovated apartment overlooking the beach

Set in an ideal spot between the Port and Arenal area of Javea our first floor apartment boasts both sea and mountain views with private gated parking.

With two bedrooms, both doubles or twins, a huge roof terrace and shared community pool it is suited both to families as well as couples wanting a quiet picturesque property for a holiday yet within walking distance - 5 minutes to the Port and around 15 minutes to the Arenal - to bars and shops and a beautiful sandy beach.

Finished to a very high standard with a roof terrace equipped with everything you would need for relaxed entertaining including the all important large fridge for cold drinks, there is a family table, chairs and an array of sun loungers as well as a shower for cooling off if the 1 minute walk to the communal pool is too far.

The terrace is a sun trap and provide beautiful views of the mountains, orange groves and sea and in the evening the stroll down the cobble paths to the sea is beautiful.

The apartment boasts air conditioning two double bedrooms with ample wardrobe space, a table seating 6 people, lounge with TV and DVD and the obligatory WiFi as well as a very well equipped kitchen with a washing machine, induction hob and Bosch electric oven as well as microwave and small fridge/freezer.

The bathroom benefits from a large walk in shower, with wash hand basin and WC as well as two mirrors and ample storage.

Both of our bedrooms boast ceiling vans and large windows making them very light and airy.

We do provide towels for use in the flat but would ask people to bring their own towels for the beach.

We have secure parking including an allocated parking space behind controlled gates and beautiful tendered lawns and trees within the complex.

Only 1 hour from Alicante and only slightly more from Valencia this property is ideally located served by both airports.

Perfect location and very nice apartment

The apartment is in a perfect location and very well furnished. It has also a big terrace to enjoy. We just missed some household as a little pan. We'd repeat if we go to Jávea again

Muy cerca de la playa y del puerto. Es muy cómodo para ir a cualquier sitio. Las zonas comunes muy cuidadas. Nos ha gustado mucho 😊

Muy buena ubicación en El Montañar

El sitio está bastante bien. La comunicación con Tracey, la propietaria, ha sido en todo momento fluida. La ubicación es perfecta, en medio del Montañar, a escasos 200 metros de la playa y a mitad de camino entre el Puerto y el Arenal. La urbanización es muy bonita, con calles estrechas y casas blancas y dispone de una plaza de aparcamiento. El apartamento está muy bien decorado y lo encontramos totalmente limpio. Dispone de wifi, lo cual se agradece. La única pega es que el aire acondicionado se encuentra en el salón y no llega a las habitaciones, que solo tienen ventiladores en el techo. Durante nuestra estancia hemos pasado bastante calor pero también es cierto que han sido temperaturas extremas. Recomiendo poner aire acondicionado en las habitaciones. Con eso el apartamento sería un apartamento 5 estrellas.
