With a fabulous and far reaching views over the wetlands, saltmarshes, sea when the tide is in, huge skies and abundant wildlife of Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve, The Sail Loft is a beautifully presented, clean, spacious and well-equipped apartment with very comfortable beds, off-road parking and garden use; a peaceful location only a short walk from Sidlesham Quay and hospitality of the well known Crab & Lobster Inn/Restaurant.

High quality bed linen and towels are supplied (guests are asked to provide their own beach towels). A complimentary welcome basket containing continental breakfast for your first morning will be provided on your arrival; this will include tea, coffee, sugar, milk, cereals, croissants, jam, butter and orange juice. Alternatively you may choose to arrive to a bottle of red or white wine, crisps and dip. Either way we always put some milk in the fridge and provide tea bags, coffee and sugar for after your journey.

LIVING/DINING ROOM:

The living and dining room has comfortable seating and dining for 5 guests; television with Freeview and DVD player and music system with ipod dock. Free WiFi access is provided.

BEDROOM ONE:

Bedroom One has a pocket sprung zip linked super kingsize bed, which can also be reconfigured as twin beds, with cotton bed linen, double built in wardrobes, dressing table with drawers, hairdryer and clothes iron. Views over owners garden to nature reserve and tidal salt marshes.

BEDROOM TWO:

Bedroom Two has a pocket sprung double bed and a 3 ft wide single bed, built in wardrobe, dressing table and chest of drawers.

LINEN:

High quality bed linen and towels are supplied (guests are asked to provide their own beach towels).

BATHROOM:

The bathroom suite contains a deep spa bath, wash hand basin with mirror and electric shaver point, separate tiled power shower area and WC and airing cupboard.

KITCHEN:

The recently refurbished kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, slimline dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. A complimentary welcome basket containing continental breakfast for your first morning will be provided on your arrival; this will include tea, coffee, sugar, milk, cereals, croissants, bread, marmalade, jam, butter and orange juice. Alternatively you may prefer to arrive to a bottle of wine, crisps and dip.

ENTRANCE AREA:

A washing machine and separate tumble dryer are located near to the entrance to The Sail Loft at the foot of the stairs.

GARDEN:

The Sail Loft is a first floor apartment; however an area of the garden with a table and seating and a Weber barbecue is provided which guests are more than welcome to use.
