Whisper-quiet, bright, and spacious – this split level, four-bedroom home with an access to a private garden is an absolute treat.
With hardwood floors throughout, you’ll find an airy, spacious living room with high ceilings and a pair of black sofas that stand out against pastel colored walls.
Contemporary in style, connecting perfectly with a wonderfully fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find tall wooden cabinets and modern appliances to make cooking more than a delight. Sit down to dinner at the polished table for six, and don’t forget to breath in the fresh air, as a glass door leads you down into a private garden pleasantly surrounded by greenery.
Nip downstairs, and you’ll find four delightful double bedrooms, similarly calm, light and homely with gentle soft décor, there are two luxurious bathrooms, one ensuite with a breathtaking bathtub to die for, and the other with a gorgeous power shower.
This feeling of elegance continues as you step out the door into the streets of Kensington. Well-maintained period buildings perfectly mix with numerous museums and galleries, giving the entire neighborhood a special feeling, a blend of the historic and the avant garde. But don’t get too distracted by the art and history, because Kensington is home to three most inviting nature reserves of choice – Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens and Holland Park. With shopping at Harrods moments away, and a diverse mix of the finest shops, restaurants and wine bars to from - what more could you ask for.

Significant pluses and minuses
To start, the apartment is quite spacious and clean. There was plenty of room for four adults with lots of closet space. I also felt quite safe there. It is convenient to several food stores and the tube. It's helpful to have a washer/dryer and dishwasher. The three bedrooms are downstairs. The garden is fine but it would have been nice if it had a few chairs and a small table for us to use. Nothing fancy, plastic would have been fine but the patio was bare.
The front of the building is a little shabby. When my husband arrived and got the initial tour of the space, he was told the microwave didn't work nor did the coffeemaker. He also found the fourth bedroom which is across the garden in a detached building. You need to walk across the garden at night if you need to use the loo. Also the beds are like sleeping on the floor, absolutely no give. The picture on this page is of the master and it felt like sleeping on a box spring. I spent several nights on the sofa until I pulled all the extra bed pillows and slept on them. If the beds had been comfortable, I would have given them four stars.
Large, clean property, very well located!
We rented the flat of 8 nights, at the end of May 2017. We were 5 adultd and 2 young childen.
The booking process was easy. Nikolina, Paula have been helpful and flexible with an early check in.
The apartment is clean and sunny. The living room / dinning room is huge and welcoming. Bedrooms are very large and beds are comfortable.
Plenty of towels and sheets are provided.
The kitchen is weel equipped for dished and glass. Cooking ustensils are limited. We would have appreciated a coffee maker, a strainer, a pan, oven mitten, few dish clothes and table cloth and few more items...
Location is amazing. Lexham Garden is a quiet street, 50 meters away from Cromwell Street, where we found a large supermarket (100 meters away), a great selection of restaurants within 500 meters. Tube stations (Goluoucester and Earl's Court) are 5 minutes walk and we were between 10 and 25 minutes away from everywhere we wanted to be in London!
We highly recommand this apartment!
