Inside the villa on the ground floor is the living room, the dinning room, the fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom and one bathroom with a bathtub.On the upper level is the master double bedroom with an interior bathroom, a twin bedroom , a bathroom with a bathtub.Both rooms have private balconies.everything is new and to a very high standard - including air-conditioning (or heating during the winter). There is a wide choice of outside furniture and all the areas (including the pool) have plenty of lighting.
Coast / Beach: A walk down to Nissaki Beach or harbour takes about 15 minutes walk. The best way to explore the beautiful North East coast is to hire a boat - you can get a discount from Agni Boats based in Agni.
Distances: Nearest supermarket and bakery approximately 500 metres down the hill (they will deliver to the villa free of charge). A further 200 metres away are 3 typically Greek tavernas. The local resorts and beaches of Kalami, Kouloura, Agni and Barbati are about a 10 minute drive away

Villa Sotiris is set on the exclusive North East coast of Corfu in the hills just above the village of Nissaki.In Nissaki you can find all necessary conviniences,including a supermarket,pharmacy,post office,bakery,ATMs,petrol station and a frequent bus service to visit Corfu town, which is a UNESCO heritage site with fortresses and buildings of rare architectural beauty.As well you can visit various superb sandy beaches.In addition, Nisakki has amazing small beaches with clear blue sea.Visitors have the chance to feel the traditional lifestyle mingle with locals,shop fresh seasonal products,walk in nature,enjoy tasty local specialities at cosy family -run tavernas some of which are ideal situated close to waterfront, like Taverna Glyfa which is specialising in local cuisine and fresh fishes and it has it's own jetty for mooring up to, or by car which is only 5 minutes driving.Also you can visit Agni bay, that remained uniquely unspoilt, and has really nice tavernas to visit only 10 minutes drive.Kalami(home of the Durrels) is another destination that you must not miss it, 15 minutes drive.San Stefanos with its beach side tavernas is only 20 minutes drive.For a little excitement,nightlife and shoping you can visit the largest town nearby which is the lively resort and fishing harbour of Kassiopi, 25 minutes drive.Also worthwhile is a drive to the mountain village of Perithea, once abandoned but now slowly being restored.
Golf: Corfu Golf Course is one of the golfing secrets of Europe. The 18 hole course is long and rarely busy; rivers and lakes present interesting challenges! Clubs and buggies can be easily hired and green fees are much lower than in Spain or Portugal. The course is located in the south of the island in the Ropa Valley - about a 30 min drive from Villa Sotiris.
