This 100 square meter penthouse apartment is remarkably modern, roomy, and peaceful. The property has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The two bedrooms have queen-sized beds, and there is also a bonus room with a double bed and ensuite bathroom. The two bathrooms have been completely renovated in December 2015 to offer the comfort of 2 brand new italian showers.
The apartment was recently fully renovated with the parquet changed entirely, so its interior is brand new and comfortable. Central air-conditioning was installed in 2013. It is also incredibly luminous and airy. A terrace off of the open living room looks out over the Sacre Coeur Basillica.
It is situated on the 7th floor and the building has large, well-functioning elevators: this is another rarity in Paris!
One of the most famous gardens in Paris, the Parc Monceau, is just a few blocks away.
It s also just around the corner from the Avenue des Champs Elysées and the Rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré, famous for their prestigious designer shops. The Presidential Palace and the Arc de Triomphe are only a 5 minute walk away.

This spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath was perfect for us. The beds were very comfortable. Grocery store across the street. Washer and dryer. First dryer I have seen in France. There was construction going on during the weekday hours of 8-4, but we were out most of the time. The balcony was a nice feature, but it was too cold for us to use. Balcony is a great option for any time but the winter. Thank you.
A very spacious apartment, perfect for our family of five. We found the apartment to be very clean and comfortable. Great location - couple of blocks to the Champs-Elysees and George V metro station. Very convenient for using the metro to get around all of Paris. The staff at Glam-a-Paris were very nice and responsive, very easy to work with.
The apartment is excellent, with an unaccustomed amplitude for Paris and a stunning location.
It was very clean, well equipped and well maintained and its location, we were close to everything.

We had a group of five adults in Paris for a six day visit and to see the sites and follow a runner in the Paris Ecotrail 80 km race. The Apartment worked out perfectly. It is quite roomy and everyone had a bedroom. The 2 and 1/2 baths were also very nice. The best thing is probably location. We walked to George V metro and everything was quite close. There is a small grocery across the street. It has wine but if you want a better selection go over one block to Washington.
The folks at Glam Paris are very helpful. We would definitely stay here (or in another Glam Paris property) again.
We stayed at this apartment for 6 nights in January 2016. We were a party of six adults and the apartment was the perfect size for us. The lounge and dining area was very generous and had ample seating for us all. The separate kitchen was very big and had everything we needed, including a dishwasher with detergents provided. These rooms had access to a balcony which had a wonderful view across Paris to the Sacre-Coeur. The master bedroom, walk in robe and ensuite were a great size and very comfortable. The second bedroom was a good size for two adults and luggage. The second bathroom is only accessed through the third bedroom and this bathroom has the washer/dryer, again with detergent supplied which was very helpful. The third bedroom is very small and has no window so did feel a bit cramped and stuffy but still OK for two adults. There was a third separate toilet off the hallway. Overall the interior of the apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed.
The exterior of the building is a little off putting. It looks like a commercial property from the outside with not much character. The internal hallways and entrance area is again a little off putting being old and in need of a freshen up. I was concerned with I first saw the outside and hallway areas, but once inside the apartment everything was great. The check in process was very smooth, with Samia meeting us at the apartment on our arrival and taking us up in the lift and showing us the apartment and explaining everything we needed to know. We also asked GlamParis to organize transfers to and from the apartment which was very helpful and made life much easier for us all. Samia was contactable at all times during our stay if we needed her.
The location was perfect. The apartment was within a very short walk to the Champs Elysees, Arc de Triumphe and the metro. There was a large choice of cafes and restaurants within a short walk, and also two supermarkets in our street.
Overall, I would highly recommend GlamParis and this apartment. I am a very fussy traveler and was very happy with our choice of this apartment for our time in Paris and the professional and friendly service from GlamParis. No complaints at all!!

All of our rates are weekly rates which means the price remains the same whether for 5, 6 or 7 nights.
We however do offer some special rates for shorter stays depending on calendars and periods.
Payments by credit card (AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD), cash, and wire transfer are accepted. Minor fees apply to credit card transactions (2,5% for VISA, MASTERCARD & 3,5% for AMEX)
Since 2015, a tourist tax of 0,83 € is charged per guest & per night (except for children under 18)
For shorter stays, the security deposit is typically made by credit card print, meaning no extra money is charged up front. Ask us for more details.
A representative will greet you at the apartment with the keys. This service is free of charge, with the exception of late check-ins, Sunday check-ins, and holiday check-ins. These incur a 50€ fee. After 10pm, the fee increases to 75€.
