The children's park, the bike path and the beautiful promenade along the river to go to the beach and the city center

La présence du garage est un atout très intéressant.

Super location!

Studio très spacieux, neuf, très propre et très bien aménagé!! Il ne manque rien! Idéalement situé dans un quartier calme tout en étant proche du centre ville. Tout peut se faire à pied et laisser la voiture dans le garage! Les propriétaires sont très gentils et arrangeants. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

L'appartement est confortable et bien aménagé. L'environnement est très calme tout en étant proche du centre ville.
