This property is without any doubt ideal for a family holiday or for a small group of sporting enthusiasts wishing to take full advantege of the many facilities La Manga Club and the surrounding area has to offer.
The entrance hall leads through a short passageway opening up into an expansive lounge/dining area which allows access to a large terrace overlooking the pool providing an excellent backdrop for a late morning breakfast, lunch time snack or evening meal, not to mention a BBQ at any time. This level also contains a superbly equipped kitchen and 3 double bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathrooms.
The spacious master bedroom with its dressing area/en-suite bathroom is located on the first floor and has its own terrace with stunning views of the surrounding area. Set in gated and fully fenced grounds, this villa is elegantly furnished in a rustic style giving a calm, peaceful quality to the property.
Location: This beautiful villa is set in private landscaped gardens and located in a broad, secluded avenue of La Manga Club. The gardens have an interesting mix of colourful, well tended plant arrangements, palm trees and constructed areas including sun terraces and a pista de petanca (French bowls court). Bordering on the 6th tee of the South Golf Course, the property boasts a large, private swimming pool which can be heated when required out of the summer months (supplement applies). For alternative entertainment a short walk will take you to the tennis centre, the pitch and putt and the Bellaluz community with its busy, village style plaza complete with bars, restaurants, cafes and other businesses.

The nearest large town, Cartagena, is an easy 20 min drive away with the regional city of Murcia only a further 20 min along the motorway.
Away from the bustling cities the local area boasts access to both the wide expanse of the Mediterranean and the calmer, enclosed waters of the Mar Menor. The Mar de Cristal beach in particular is very welcoming for families as the water is generally very tranquil and warm, shallow enough for children of all ages and is only 10 min drive away.
The village of Cabo de Palos, one of a few within easy reach offers a variety of small restaurants, bars and cafes as well as a picturesque harbour and lighthouse, it is also home to a very popular Sunday market.

The rental rates shown are based on full weeks and changeover day being Saturday, however, we are willing to be flexible on changeover days and length of stay by negotiation.
