MILL BARN

Has been renovated to retain its character with stone walls, natural beams, cobbles, slate, granite and wood floors. As you enter upstairs, the large open plan area has its original high-beamed ceiling with great views across the Allen valley. Inside the door, there is plenty of space for coats, wellies, walking boots and sandals. Thoughtfully and stylishly furnished and decorated throughout with a well-equipped country kitchen, and dining area at one end, the staircase in the middle and living space at other end with comfy sofas, wide screen TV, freeview, DVD and for those winter evenings, column radiators and a wood burning stove. There is also a separate snug room with its own DVD and video player, for games, relaxing or for children to play in.

Downstairs the bedrooms consist of a main double bedroom with original granite floor and grain sill with king size bed. Along the cobbled hallway are two twin rooms either side of the stairwell, in one you can push the beds together for couples. At one end is a large bathroom with luxury freestanding bath on original slate floor – ideal for a long soak after a good day out – toilet and basin and at the other (near the double bedroom), a large shower room with walk in shower, toilet and basin.

For young families the stairs can be blocked off with purpose built wooden shutters at both the top and bottom so too can the games room. Fireguards are supplied, and we can provide a travel cot and high chair.

Mill Barn has its own outdoor covered terrace. With cobbled floor and old slate roof, it looks out across our field towards the coast. Adjacent is a grass area to kick a football or enjoy the outdoor games we provide.

Parking for 2 cars close by. ?Recycling/compost facilities provided..

STABLE COTTAGE

Has been renovated to retain its character with stone walls, natural beams, cobbles, slate, granite and wood floors and in the evening sunlight, the coloured borrowed lights throw colours around the ceilings. As you enter inside the cobbled hallway there is plenty of space for coats, wellies, walking boots and sandals.

Thoughtfully and stylishly furnished and decorated throughout as you enter into the main living area there is a well-equipped kitchen, and dining area at one end and living space at other end with comfy sofas, wide screen TV, freeview, DVD and for those winter evenings, column radiators and a wood burning stove.

The two bedrooms consist of a large main double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite shower room, basin and toilet. And twin room where the beds can be pushed together for couples. There is also a large bathroom with luxury freestanding bath on the original slate floor – ideal for a long soak after a good day out – toilet and basin.

For young families we provide travel cot and high chair. We supply fireguards.

Stable Cottage has its own outdoor rear yard in our woodland a private terrace with table and chairs, to enjoy the view and the daytime and evening sun. With access to a grass area to kick a football or enjoy the outdoor games we provide.

Parking for two cars close by. ?Recycling/compost facilities provided.

SHIPPON

Has been renovated to retain its character with stone walls, natural beams, slate, granite and wood floors and in the evening sunlight, As you enter inside the warm open planned living area where you have space for relaxing by the log burner or just admiring the tall ceilings with the old beams. Thoughtfully and stylishly furnished and decorated throughout as you enter into the main living area there is a well-equipped country kitchen, and dining area at one end and living space at other end with comfy sofas, wide screen TV, freeview, DVD and for those winter evenings, a wood burning stove.

Fantastic tranquil cottage in beautiful Cornwall

We've had a great week at The Wagon cottage , Abi is a great host and made us feel very welcome.

Homemade cake was a lovely touch along with the eggs from the chickens here

It's a beautiful tranquil part of Cornwall and we don't want to leave . We will be back

Amazing !!

I have never used websites like this however, the process was made simple and easy. Abi was a great host and the property was amazing, we arrived to a very clean barn and it had all the amenities needed. Great location and amazing info provide of things locally. Abi has really thought about every little detail. It was the perfect touch to our little get away.

Thanks so much Abi and we will defo be staying here again.

Lovely location with an enthusiastic host

The Tredarrup Farm is a lovely place and the ideal location for discovering the North of Cornwall. Our flat ('The Wagon') was designed with love so we felt being home from the very beginning. Everthing was in perfect condition and the the kitchen was much better equipped than most other places we've been to. Last but not least Abi (our host) made the difference. She evoked a welcoming atmosphere, was open for all our questions/needs and gave us some good hints which places to visit.

Peaceful location within easy access to coast

We received a warm welcome from Abi and our first impressions were good. The property was not a disappointment and was very accurately described in the holiday advert. On our arrival we were told about the additional areas available for us to use, a large grassed area with benches and lovely views. We were welcomed with homemade cake and fresh eggs. Treddarup is in a good location for exploring the north Cornish coast and a great base to unwind and take it easy. Abi was on hand if we had any queries and her recommendation of a local restaurant St. Tudy Inn was spot on. Highly recommended.

Tredarrup is beautifully situated, near North Cornwall's coast and beaches, set amongst farmland with fantastic views across North Cornwall's Allen Valley. St Teath, the local village, has a newsagent, grocery store and a pub with good food. Within easy reach of the North Cornish Coast, surfing at Polzeath, sailing or fishing at Rock, sand castles at Daymer Bay, cycling along the famous Camel Trail, moorland and coastal walks. Nearby are Padstow, Boscastle, Bodmin Moor and the historic fishing village of Port Issac. Only half an hour from the Eden Project and 40 minutes from The Lost Gardens of Heligan.

We are located off the A39 near St Teath and Michaelstow, our nearest towns are Camelford, Wadebridge and Bodmin.
