Tredarrup is a lovely little spot just off the beaten track, we stayed in the Mill Barn which gave us ample room for a family of five, with plenty of safe play area outside overlooking a beautiful valley. The property was clean and tidy with a well stocked kitchen and Abi our host was extremely helpful and tended to our needs when required, cake on arrival and fresh eggs from the chickens on site were a welcome sight after a long car journey. A great location for accessing the most far reaching parts of South Cornwall allowed us to explore most places withing an hours drive, the nearest beach was only a 15 min drive away.
Looking forward to going back next year already
We enjoyed our time at Mill Barn. It was a cozy, hidden place. Everything was well maintenanced.Abi was an angel to us and helped always, when needed. We will come back soon.
Our family of five had all the space we needed in this spic and span large property with all mod cons . Abigail made us feel very welcome . I can imagine that during the summer months when the weather is at it`s best this property would unfold even more of it`s charm in that one could use the covered Barbecue area and then eat and relax in front of a stunning view of the sun going down over rolling cornish countryside. Even in March it was beautiful out there ! I would certainly recommend this property to friends and already have . One of the trip highlights was to visit Tintagel , which is no more that 30 mins away . Then there was Pony trekking over Bodmin moor for my oldest daughter ( heaven she said ) . All in all we had an excellent few days here .
Lovely barn with everything we needed. Well kept, clean and lots of nice finishing touches. The owners were very attentive and had thought of everything, even the dog's facilities were considered and provided for! The barn is in a peaceful and remote setting with stunning views, the only downside of this being the poor wifi connection but this was outweighed by all the good points.
Lovely large barn, set in beautiful countryside. We were fortunate that the weather was lovely throughout our stay, so several BBQ's and the odd bottle of Prosecco sitting outside in the evening were a must😄
We had a wonderful and relaxing week in this comfortable and clean and very tastefully furnished cottage with plenty of room for a family aswell inside as outside in the garden and fields. We felt very warmly welcome by the owner (thanks for the delicious cake!). All our questions and needs were quickly respondet to at any time by the very friendly and discreet owners. The location is perfect for lots of activities and attractions - more than fitted in a single week.
This is no-doubt a five-star-recommendation! Nothing could be improved - except from the weather, but this was definitely not the owner's responsibility ;-)
