This Serviced/Holiday apartment is situated at Lancefield Quay, Glasgow City Centre and couldn't be closer to the SECC and SSE hydro for events. The apartment is positioned on the 8th floor of a modern Clyde side apartment block and its magnificent windows offer panoramic views of the River Clyde and city further afield.
The vibrant Finneston and City Centre are all within easy walking distance with the west end being just a short taxi ride away. The apartment comes with its own underground parking space which is secure should you wish to bring your car. The parking is suitable for a salon type car i.e. not a jeep or a van or anything of non standard headroom. The headroom is exactly 173cm in case you have a smaller type jeep/crossover most of these fit but please measure height. If you need two parking spaces or have a jeep /van additional parking can be found within 100m at a cost of £5.00 per day.
The apartment would ideally suited to two persons or two couples visiting the city. The apartment is secure and comes with everything you would require for an enjoyable stay whether that be business or pleasure. The apartment has one king size bed one double bed and a Sofa bed that can be made up upon request. A selection of take away menu's are in the apartment should you wish a quiet night in relaxing. The apartment has a virgin media package for Tv ( Netflix) and fast Wi-Fi and some sports channels (BT Sports).
My philosophy is simply for guests to enjoy their stay in my home city. With the property being personally owned and managed it allows a personal touch to be offered as well as a degree of flexibility. The owner will meet you personally at the property and provide details on the property or anything else you wish to know about Glasgow and its vibrant culture.
A small convenience store is positioned within the apartment block. The property has all the basics required to get you started such as tea,coffee, and cereal etc. The owner has personal written a resuartant and city guides for your convenience and is on hand to provide any info you may need.
Over 25's only, ID may be asked for. If your are a stag or hen party or looking for a party place please look elsewhere. If however you are a tourist or business traveller I am sure this apartment will cater for your needs and provide an enjoyable stay. Excellent Central Apartment
Very impressed with this property. Very clean and will appointed. Loved the view of the River Clyde. Within walking distance of the city centre and the Hydro. Car parking facility a major bonus.
Martin was a great host! Answered questions promptly and was very accommodating when we changed our arrival time and was still there with a smile to greet us and show us round.

Stayed at this apartment for a girls weekend away. Group of 4. Apartment was spacious and clean. Excellent location by river with excellent views and close to main shopping/ restaurants. Host was excellent, very helpful and accomodating. Well equipt with dishwasher tablets, toilet roll, kitchen roll, condiments etc. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back! Would highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment in a great location
The apartment looked great from the photos, but it was even better when we got there - it was modern and well-furnished, and easy to feel at home. It was also in a great location for us, being between Glasgow's city centre and the SSE Hydro, so it could hardly have been better-placed. Martin and Emma were also entirely professional and fantastically helpful right from booking to checkout, and really made us feel at home in the apartment. Easily one of the best apartments we've ever stayed in, and one of the best services we've ever experienced.

Well located unit close to the conference center
Clean, efficient and secure unit close to the conference center. We enjoyed our stay in this 2 bedroom unit - the unit was clean and well stocked with a direct view of the river. Their is a small convenience store in the building and a larger grocery store a 10 minute walk away. Appreciated the bottle of wine and more importantly a handful of coffee pods already in the unit when we arrived. Twice we had time to run along the river and then around the Green (park) at just over 10k for the complete run - we liked having an established running route with minimal street crossings.

This apartment is located very near to the SSE hydro only 600m away. Only a 5-10minute walk to Town centre cabs can easily be flagged down outside the property.
