Welcome to this large and recently renovated apartment, sleeping up to 6 guests. It is spread over 3 floors, making it the most stylish townhouse base for your stay. It is located in the heart of desirable Pimlico, a quiet and leafy neighbourhood just moments away from Victoria and Pimlico stations, and is walking distance from attractions such as the Tate Britain. Wifi, linen and towels are included.
Living & eating: Spread over three floors, this apartment is spacious and full of natural light. The kitchen is fully-equipped with an instant boiling tap, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The open plan dining and living area is the perfect place to relax after a busy day, and entertainment includes a flatscreen Sky TV and Sonos music system. The house boasts underfloor heating throughout, and unlike most properties in London (especially a period one such as this) air conditioning in the Living area and Master bedroom!
Bedrooms & bathrooms: There is a WC just off the entrance hall. There is a short flight of stairs from the main reception area to a guest bathroom. Continuing up the stairs there are two bedrooms, both with king beds. The master bedroom (mattress recently replaced with a brand new one) is up at the top of the house with an ensuite bathroom and panoramic glass, as well as an electric blackout blind for an undisturbed night's sleep. This room leads onto the roof terrace, from which you can enjoy beautiful views of the Pimlico skyline! Other amenities: Safety is a high priority for travellers so be reassured that this house has a heat detector and an automated sprinkler system in case of fire. Wifi, linen, towels and toiletries are included for your convenience, and there is a hairdryer available.
Guests will have access to the whole property for the duration of their stay.

Pimlico is superbly located offering great access to the whole of London via St James's Park, Westminster, Pimlico and Victoria Tube and Train stations. It is also within walking distance of Victoria coach station for day trips further afield. The area is characterised by stunning Regency architecture and contains over 350 listed buildings and churches, yet is surprisingly down-to-earth. You will stumble upon quirky coffee shops, restaurants and the lively Farmers Market which is on every weekend and not to be missed! Nowhere is better located to explore London's landmarks. The world famous Tate Britain (notable for its JMW Turner collection), Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, the Imperial War Museums and 10 Downing Street are all close by, so you will never run out of sights to see. The River Thames is on your doorstep, with stunning views of both Albert and Chelsea bridges. Cross the river to Battersea Park or take an evening walk along the Embankment to see the beautifully lit bridges - truly a sight not to be missed! House Rules - Additional Rules:
The London Residents Club wants you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours!
There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
• Maximum group size: 6
• Strictly no smoking, no pets, no parties
• No candles
• Dispose of rubbish appropriately
• Keep the property clean and tidy
• Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
• Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
• Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
• Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost
*Please note that once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be subject to a £20 late check-in fee
**Please also note the check in hours are between 3pm and 10pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check ins between 10pm and 12am, and £40 for check ins past midnight Any questions or queries regarding the above - don't hesitate to get in touch, we're more than happy to help!
***The check-out time is fixed at 10 am due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability). This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late check-out but please check with us so that we can confirm this. There is a fee associated with a late check-out but we only charge £35 for you to use the property until 3 pm and after that, you will have to purchase an extra nights stay.
