WAIKOLOA VILLAS CONDO E107--IN WAIKOLOA VILLAGE. Besides the incredible Hawaiian sunsets, I would like to invite you to share in the many wonderful views and sensations of The Big Island. Our condominium is in one of the best locations in Waikoloa Villas fronting right on the ninth fairway of the Waikoloa Village Golf Course. AS OUR GUEST YOU WILL RECEIVE A DISCOUNTED RATE WITH CART. The golf course views and the ocean views are the best.
The condominium is a one-story, ground level unit so you will not have to carry your luggage, beach chairs, etc and groceries up and down stairs. The practical amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, FREE WI-FI HIGH SPEED INTERNET CONNECTION, new flat screen HDTVs in living room and master bedroom, full entertainment electronics, bed and bath linens and a washer and dryer. There are two (2) pool, spa, cabana complexes on site. We are perfectly located between both.
The well equipped kitchen includes small appliances, microwave, dishwasher and other typical utensils and appliances. The central living room and master bedroom have stunning views of the ocean and the ninth fairway and outstanding SUNSETS.
There are two (2) lanais, one large lanai off the living room, and a smaller, private lanai off the master bedroom. This smaller lanai has it's own hibiscus garden!
The condominium is within walking distance of the golf course Pro Shop. Located by the Pro Shop are tennis courts, a swimming pool and restaurant. The pool is in addition to the two pools/spas in our complex.
The Waikoloa Village Shopping Center is a ten-minute walk or a couple minute drive. Located in the shopping center are a grocery store, several restaurants, bank, and many other small businesses you may need.
The Waikoloa Beach Hotel areas is about six miles down the hill. There are several great beaches in this area. The Kings Shops shopping areas is here with great restaurants and lots of shopping.
My hubby and I live in Centerville, WA and our property overlooks the Columbia River and Biggs, OR. We have been ranchers for 42 years, raising wheat, alfalfa, registered Angus cattle, and as of 5 years ago, wind (have wind turbines). I taught high school English and PE and retired 10 years ago. After college our son joined us on the ranch, and has assumed the leadership role. We have 4 wonderful grandsons, ages 5,4,3, and 2! Both of us are avid WSU alums and fans as are our daughter and son. We used to take our kids to Maui when they were younger, but once we came to the Big Island, we were hooked! It's so much less crowded and commercial, and has such a variety of climate and attractions. We've come 10 times and haven't seen it all. We would love to share it with you and make your vacations as wonderful as possible.

We have always stayed in Kona in the past, but decided to try the village for a month last Jan. and loved it! It's much calmer, cooler, less congested, and friendlier. Not to mention, it's much closer to our favorite beaches and the other side of the island. These Villas were the nicest of all the condos I toured.
Waikoloa Village is in such a great location. It is close to all the good beaches and also a much shorter drive to Hilo, Akaka Falls, Waipio Valley, and all the cute towns on that coast. We love this golf course, and enjoy watching the golfers go by as we are sipping our Mai Tais on the lanai. Having an extra lanai off our bedroom is wonderful and we love to sip Kona coffee there in the mornings!
Just wanted to thank you for the wonderful time we had at your condo. It was absolutely fabulous and the weather was perfect. My husband had never been to Hawaii before and was able to play golf on your golf course. The pool was a real treat as well as the jacuzzi.
This condo is an excellent deal. Beautiful private setting right on the golf course and close to the pool. This condo is the best we have ever stayed in because it is so big and spacious and is so well finished. These owners supply beach towels, boogie boards, several sets of golf clubs, coolers, beach chairs, umbrella, plus all the pool toys you can imagine. Some toys and videos for the kids as well. It is minutes away (by car) to all the best beaches. This is the second time I have been there and I would definitely go again.
I doubt that there is a better condo in Waikoloa Village than this one. The online pictures don't due it justice, the views of the ocean and sunsets are fantastic and it is on the 9th fairway of the Village Golf course. We found the condo to be very clean and ideal for two couples or a family. The owner has stocked the condo with everything you might need to enjoy the beaches, or maybe use the his and hers golf clubs(although true golfers should bring their own). The Waikoloa Village location is not "on the beach" but the best beaches on the island are just a short drive away. One of the condo pools and two propane grills are less than 40 yards from the lanai(patio) for most of us. We found the local food market, less than a 5 min. drive, to be as competitive as the big stores in Kona on most items. We had a great time on the Big Island and really enjoyed our stay in this condo, one week wasn't time enough to see everything, so we will be going back.
I have to say that your unit is the nicest of all in the area that I've stayed in over the years. What a view! Great pool and BBQ area too. As for the unit itself, it was also completely outfitted, we just turned the key and moved in!
