Welcome to the previous show suite of Rundle Cliff's where no detail was overlooked. The condo has over 2100 sq. feet in which you and your guests can sprawl out and enjoy. There are two master bedrooms which have King beds and ensuite plus additional twin in one room. The third bedroom has a queen bed, bunk beds and twin bed with a hallway washroom. The living room has an oversized kitchen table so you and your guests can have relaxing meals. Enjoy sitting by the double sided fireplace within the two living room seating areas. One of these couches is a tempur-pedic style queen pullout bed. There is a full kitchen that has all appliances and cooking utensils required for your stay. Additionally, the deck has a BBQ which looks out towards multiple mountain views. The condo also has in suite laundry. The building has a outdoor hot tub, games room, laundry room and an exercise facility. We will also provide two National Park passes for your cars for the duration of your stay.

We purchased this property as it had every amenity we were looking for. You will enjoy the extensive walking paths throughout the property which also lead you towards downtown. Our property has a exercise room, hot tub with amazing views and a recreation room for you to unwind within. Once you arrive to our vacation home you will be able to walk to your destinations all thorough out Canmore.

What makes this condo unique

Very close to all the retail shops and restaurants. You are able to walk the scenic boardwalk over creek right to downtown. And our property is very unique in its size. As it has three bedrooms and three bathrooms and 2100+ square feet all on one level.

I just wanted to thank you for allowing us the privilege of staying in your home this last weekend. The accommodations were exceptional! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything that we needed. The view from the living room and balcony were outstanding. Having that many beds and three bathrooms made the stay just superb. We ended up having really good weather, with just a few showers while we were at the Banff Hot Springs.

Gorgeous place for a relaxing stay in the mountains.

This is a beautiful place which is conveniently located on the gorgeous town on Canmore. The condo was very accommodating for all members in our family. We would stay here again.

Beautiful, luxurious, with every amenity and great views!

The condo is beautiful! Think heated tile and lovely hardwood floors, top-notch appliances and granite countertops, locally created shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion in every bathroom and kitchen, comfortable and ample beds/bedding, well-stocked with paper products and trash bags, high-end laundry with with plenty of laundry products just like home, plenty of nice extra towels (for both hot tub and shower), lovely cooking equipment (not nasty, chipping pots and pans), plenty of cooking utensils plus crockpots and other nice countertop appliances, well-stocked spice cabinet, excellent wifi and high-end TVs, nice barbecue, glass shower doors, newer carpet, gas fireplace, and on and on. The triangle-shape of the condo is so intellectually and visually interesting, and the multitude of windows make it just stunning from every room! Donald, the host, is incredibly gracious. He provides national park passes for your use while there and even put up a small Christmas tree for our family as we were spending the holiday there.

We have stayed at many VRBO and AirBnB locations, and they sometimes feel like rentals, and we feel like renters while there. We often have had to provide our own paper / laundry products because the "starters" that were provided run out quickly. (We are a family of six and usually stay for about a week.) The opposite was true here. We felt like *guests* in a family's home ... truly pampered and cared for. Although our activities were spectacular during our visit to the Rockies, coming "home" was just as fantastic. Thank you, Donald, for a wonderful stay! Oh, by the way, it is a 5-10 minute walk along the path by the river to charming downtown Canmore, 15 minutes to Banff, one hour to Lake Louise. Convenient and just perfect for us.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay!

This was a great place to stay. The condo was very clean, had state-of-the-art appliances, beds were very comfortable and the condo had all the amenities you could possible want. It was so well stocked that all you really did need to buy was food and drinks! That means so much when you're traveling by plane.

Beautiful scenery and the location is conveniently located near many attractions, such as the national parks, Banff, the glaciers and of course the great town of Canmore.

Beautiful, clean condo. Amazing views. Great location. Everything you need for your stay. We stayed for a week and it fantastic. Quiet location. Only suggestion for 10people more toilet paper and more dish washing pods. Otherwise everything perfect.

All the comforts of home - with a view of the mountains.

I must say that this rental exceeded our expectations. We were 2 families travelling together. 4 adults and 5 kids (14,14,12,12, and 10) Everyone had their own bed ( real beds - not futons or cots) , and there was plenty of storage to unpack and settle in. With three full bathrooms there was never a line up. The kitchen had everything in it that we needed and then some. We appreciated the added touched like hot tub towels - ( no one else had them ) also the keys on lanyards is brilliant as we saw a few neighbours loose their keys and ask where we got ours. Check in was simple, as was check out. We had no need to contact management as everything was well maintained and worked just fine. Laundry facilities were amazing as we had been on the road for a week before arriving here. There is much construction going on around the building but honestly we didn't hear anything, and it only affected our route into the downtown area. No biggie and certainly not a deal breaker. If you have the opportunity to stay here by all means do not hesitate.

5 Nights in Banff area

We stayed at the Rundle Cliff condos during a family vacation to Banff. We rented two condos and both were very well kept and clean! The accommodations served our family of 12 very well. We had enough beds for everyone, especially since our one unit slept up to 10 + persons. The kitchen was a great size for our crowd and had all the amenities we needed! If we come back to this area, we will definitely stay here again!

Terms & Conditions:
1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. local time & CHECK OUT IS 1030 A.M. local time. Early check-in and late check-out only if previously arranged. Driving directions and check-in instructions are forthcoming. Condo keys to be picked up in lockbox in condo lobby.
2. This is a NON SMOKING condo unit. Pets are NOT PERMITTED.
3. DAMAGE DEPOSIT- of $1000CAD will be secured against your credit card. These funds will be released back to you As listed above provided no damage has occurred other than normal wear and tear, no undue cleaning is necessary, or the electronic key, Park Pass, or other items have been returned. Charge for lost or damaged card keys is $50 (please be careful with the card keys as even small cracks make them inoperable). Charge for lost Park Pass is $150.
4. PAYMENT – A 100% advance payment by VISA or Mastercard is required.
5. CANCELLATIONS:Firm- 60 days prior full refund and 30 days prior 50% refund
6. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests is limited to 10
7. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. There is a washer & dryer in the unit as well as a coin laundry room in building. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the unit.
8. MINIMUM AGE – contact person listed above must be at least 25 years of age.
9. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretence will be subject to forfeiture of rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in. No partiers allowed!
10. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing (email) in advance.
11. PARKING: 2 underground parking stall (marked as 305) as well as street parking. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees. Garage door clearance 7'3".
12. SPORTS EQUIPMENT:is not allowed in the unit must put in garage storage.
13. Building amenities: not guaranteed

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
