A lovely property in a central location for all amenities in this part of Scotland. Very private and hidden away amongst the trees and gardens.
Deceptively spacious and very comfortable with everything you need to enjoy your holiday, including toiletries and kitchen essentials.
We loved the apartment. It was spotless, spacious and everything we could possibly need during our stay was thought of. The welcome gift basket was so thoughtful and meant we didn't have to rush out for bread & milk straight away! Plus a huge selection of teas which is always a plus point for me.
4 children absolutely loved it and it accepts pets so that helped too. She enjoyed running around with the neighbours dogs on the grounds!
We will definitely be using the flat again if we are back visiting family.
Would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in the fife area
Gorgeous home, extremely comfortable with everything we needed, we were there for a quiet break which the setting was ideal for. Couple of grocery shops within walking distance and the town centre's not far either. We had an amazing time and can't wait to go back! Ieuan
This is beautiful, spacious accommodation in a lovely peaceful setting. Everything was in good order and the owners went out of their way to make us feel at home. Would definitely return.
The apartment was large and spacious and the decor was lovely. It was clean and tidy and we were supplied with a lovely welcome basket upon arrival.
When we arrived, we were greeted by the owners of the apartment. We were welcomed to Scotland, shown around the flat, given a beautiful gift basket, given contact information in case we needed anything and left to rest after our long journey from the US. The apartment was beautiful and appointed with everything we could possibly need. It was spotless and roomy. There was a full kitchen and two bathrooms. We had hoped to stay in St Andrews, but when we found this place, decided on it instead... And that was such a great addition to our vacation. We didn't want a tourist vacation, and Leven provided that indulgence into the culture of Scotland. We visited the market every day, and I think they looked forward to our American accent by the end of the week.
The grounds surrounding the apartment are absolutely beautiful. The manor house is beyond words, and our apartment provided a warm private place to rest after a day of golf in St Andrews or shopping and running around in Edinburgh. Nicki and Ian made us feel like a part of their family. They helped us make the most of our vacation with advice anytime we asked. I travel a lot for work, so when I'm on vacation, I like to rent apartments. This was among the most memorable rentals of my life. If I return to Scotland, I will rent it again! It was clean, well maintained, comfortable, and the bed was comfortable after a long day of golf.
We spent a wonderful week in this apartment in March 2012. Everything was top notch - the kitchen was especially outfitted with everthing we could need. The flat was very clean with a great layout. The towels and linens were top quality and made sleeping a dream. We were on a trip our our teenage daughter who loved the two bathrooms! The owners were fabulous to deal with and very kind and caring in their setup of the apartment. We found it was the perfect getaway from visiting AND the perfect place to entertain family as well. There was so much room and yet, the place was very cosy. We felt totally at home during our stay. We plan to stay there again and would highly reccommend this great flat! Sheri Anderson
