Delightful 3 bedroom detached, traditional house, completely renovated 14 years ago to a very high standard. A private pool will be completed March 2018. Superb setting in one of the prettiest hill villages in the north of the island with fantastic views over the mountains and countryside.The house is situated in a small no through road off the main street and close to local bars and small shops.Only 5 min walk to local sports club with large pool, children's pool, tennis courts. Very quiet location and only 15 mins to stunning beaches.

Buger is a stunning hilltop village with glorious views all around and convenient for all amenities, beaches, golf, cycling, walking, nature watching and relaxing. Buger is unspoilt and very Mallorquin not at all commercialised.

Excellent, spacious, homely accommodation, in a great location

We just wanted to drop you a note to say how much we enjoyed our time at your lovely house.

It is such homely accomodation. It feels very spacious and comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed Buger as a base for our holiday. Having the shop next door was so handy! It was easy to get onto the main road and then to explore the island. Having never been to Majorca before, we were surprised by how compact it is and yet with lots to see and do. We followed some of your suggestions (we found your information really helpful):

- we thoroughly enjoyed your suggestion of Mal Pas and spent a number of days on the beach there - it worked really well for all of us (three youngsters 11, 14 and 16)

- the Caves at Drac were good

- loved the Cantonet Restaurant in Pollencia

- tennis (thanks for use of the rackets) and swimming at the sports club were great

We rang Jan on the first day with a couple of queries. She helped us to work out how to switch the gas on for the hob! But we also noted that the camp bed upstairs was broken as was the portable air con unit (the outlet pipe had been gaffer taped together, but couldn't stay in position). The only thing we missed was air conditioning downstairs.

All in all we would thoroughly recommend this property as a super base from which to explore Majorca

Great house, nice town - super holiday.

We thought the house was fantastic. Comfortable beds, tastefully decorated and everything you could need in a holiday rental. The recently installed air conditioning was fantastic for us in a very hot week.

The availability of bikes, tennis equipment, beach kit and so on was all a real bonus too.

All aspects of communication from the owner were excellent and we can thoroughly recommend this home as a rental. We had a great time.

Una casa muy tranquila en un pueblo agradable

Se trata de una casa bastante espaciosa y bien equipada donde la estancia con mi familia fue muy agradable. Nos encontramos la casa muy limpia y se nota que habían cuidado mucho el detalle en general. El trato con Chris y la persona de contacto en Mallorca fue en todo momento muy correcta. El pueblo es muy acogedor y los vecinos de por allí nos parecieron un encanto.

Tengo que ponerle dos "peros"; uno a la casa y otro al anuncio. Nos pareció que la planta de abajo era bastante calurosa, ya que el aire acondicionado está instalado únicamente en el piso superior. Es cierto que justo viajamos allí la semana con las temperaturas más altas desde que existen registros. Respecto al anuncio nos confundió el hecho de que en varias de las fotografías se ve la imagen de unas piscinas, lo que nos llevó a pensar que la propiedad disponía una, cuando no es así. Creo que estas fotos deberían quitarse o indicar más explícitamente que la casa no tiene piscina.

Por lo demás ninguna queja y un sitio muy recomendable para desconectarse.
