The apartment “White” comes with two bedrooms, a living room with kitchen, a bathroom and a comfortable sofa bed, for up to 6 people. Private car garage included!
The kitchen is equipped with all amenities and is fully equipped, the lounge is equipped with chromotherapy lighting, to create a relaxing effect. The possibility of using the space of the private terrace for an outdoor breakfast or a romantic dinner, complete the picture of a perfect apartment for couples and families.
All mattresses are orthopedic and hypoallergenic to ensure maximum comfort in the most healthy way.

Limbiate is an ideal location for those who want to stay close to everything in the area between Monza and Brianza, Como and Milan.You are in the center of everything, 3 km close to the main railway stations that connect with major cities.To reach the apartment of Limbiate we recommend to have a car because being located in a quiet residential area, it is about 3km from the train station either Varedo Station or Palazzolo Milanese. Those stations are certainly connected with all the locations and trains get to Milan Cadorna station in 22 minutes.In case you don't want to rent a car, we can provide a private car service with a standard car, on request and accordingly to the availability, and we can get you from the apartment to the close train station, or anywhere you want to go,airport etc.. according to the lowest price in the area.
For those who love fun, in summer you can take advantage of the wonderful swimming pools and toboggan near park called Aqvasport LIMBIATE (We recommend that you visit their website for details).
White is synonymous of tranquility, comfort and fun in a 4-star apartment away from the noisy caos of the nearby metropolis.

The fine print:
Upon check-in is required a deposit of € 500 on pre-authorization on a credit card;if no damage is caused to the apartment and no house rules were broken, security deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of your check-out.
For reservations more than 15 days, we hold the right to charge 30% of the booking at anytime. The rest must be paid at least 7 days before your arrival date.
Check in: from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm.
Check out: until 10.00 am
Late Check in ( from 7.00 pm to 00.00 am ) : extra charge of €40 - on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and on the public holidays the amount of the late check in is €60.
Early Check in or Late Check out : supplement of 50% on daily rate - upon availability.
You must always agree on the arrival time, for any delay, without any reasonable notice, you will have to pay a surcharge of € 5 every 30 minutes up to a maximum of € 50
This should be paid in advance via pay pal link or cash during the same check in.
The sofa bed has a width of 140cm.

Please take note of our house rules
The apartment is delivered immaculate. If there are small damages, these will be shown at check-in. Please check the apartment at time of check-in. The person responsible for check-in is the only responsible to take note of any extra damage, during check-in. Once check-in is finished, any damage not reported during check-in will be charged and deducted from the security deposit. We do not accept reports of damages after the delivery of the house. To check out early, or to check out at times outside our standard times, we reserve 48 hours to report any damage. If no damage is done you will be refunded of the security deposit within 15 business days or within the time limits established by the bank issuer of the credit card.
The apartment is delivered in perfect order, clean and sanitized. We ask guests to keep it clean throughout the stay. Before checking out, the apartment must be left in the same status as it has been delivered. Upon check-out it is strictly prohibited to leave the apartment dirty and messy for example with dirty kitchen utensils, shopping bags, glass bottles, garbage, dirty floors and walls, dirty doors etc.
The kitchen must be in order and all the utensils clean. If this is not done there will be a penalty of at least 50 euro to a maximum of 300 € which will be deducted from the deposit or requests in cash.
If you want extra cleaning service, this can be requested at check-in. The cost per hour is 20 €.
It is absolutely forbidden to smoke in the apartment and the offenders will be charged a penalty that can range from €27.50 to €275.00 as s by law regulations, which will be deducted from the deposit.
The property is NOT responsible for the theft of personal items left unattended inside the house.
It is forbidden to make external people not registered at check-in to enter the apartment who are
It is forbidden to disturb the neighbors with noises.
You may not use music or loud TV.
No Party. This is a NO PARTY house.
Please do not walk home with heels or noisy shoes. Please use slippers or bare feet.
You may not use flammable objects.
It is forbidden to hang linen, or leave objects on the outside balcony.
It is forbidden to leave animals outside in the balcony.
Pets are welcome! We kindly ask you not to leave them alone at home to avoid unpleasant incidents that may arise, leaving the pet alone in the house.
Please do not EVER remove the key from the Modem to have wifi throughout the house. If the key is detached the wifi does not work. Kindly do not touch the Modem.
It is possible to organize quiet dinners, and request our catering service. For parties with music we ask you to let us know because not all parties can be met. Noise is prohibited after 21.00 in the apartment and in public service areas.
Please turn off the air conditioning or heating, lights, TV and appliances when the apartment is empty to wave outputs and to avoid wasting electricity.
Do not operate the air conditioning or heating with open windows. If you need air conditioning or heating, always close the doors and windows.
Only for stays longer than 7 nights, a weekly cleaning service and linen-towel change is offered.
Leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition, and all the furniture and appliances to its original place. Always clean kitchen utensils and at check-out make sure they are all clean. If they are left dirty you will be charged a penalty of 40 Euros which will be paid in cash at check-out.
About the WASTE
Forbidden to leave garbage out on the balcony.
All waste must be separated. Guests will be shown the garbage dump in public areas.
Separate organic waste from recyclable materials (paper and cardboard, plastic, glass and metals, batteries and hazardous waste, etc ..) separate them into visible plastic bags. Use the bin in the kitchen for kitchen waste and organic waste. If you have a particular requirement please let us know.
You will be given a set of keys. If you ask for two please let us know before your arrival.
Please pay particular attention to:
- If the keys are stolen or lost this must be reported immediately to us. The costs for the replacement of keys, reassignment or emergencies involve the surcharge-to a minimum of 250 € which you will be charged from the deposit.
- Never leave your keys in the lock when you're inside the apartment. If you forget them there, the door will lock, and we'll have to call the locksmith and you will be charged the full cost of repair, plus a supplement of 40 Euros in cash to send someone to let you in.

Violators of the rules will be applied penalties ranging from € 50 up to the full amount of the deposit and in more extreme cases, we reserve the right to terminate the stay.
