Large shingle driveway at the front of the house provides ample off-road parking. Front garden is mainly lawn with shrub borders and trees and is enclosed by fencing and a brick, flint and cobblestone wall. There is access around the side of the property to the rear garden, which has a shingled seating area. The remainder of the garden is laid to lawn with planted shrub and flower beds, and is enclosed by a brick wall and post and rail fencing. There are lovely views over the neighbouring paddocks, and a row of beech trees to the border provide privacy.

The Old Farmhouse is situated in an idyllic location, with far-reaching views over farmland and the village of Snettisham. Whilst retaining the Georgian features, the farmhouse has been completely and tastefully refurbished by the new owner. The property has three reception rooms, four bedrooms, two with en-suite facilities, an additional family bathroom & laundry room plus a bespoke, hand-painted kitchen with gas fired Aga. There is also a separate electric oven. The Farmhouse comfortably sleeps 8 people. The house sleeping 8 cannot be booked during the school holidays. You will need to book the larger property sleeping 12 Old Farmhouse If you would like a little extra space, you can rent the cottage attached to the house, which sleeps 4 people in three bedrooms and one bathroom. The cottage is not available to rent on its own, the option being open only to those who stay at The Old Farmhouse. The property also benefits from a fully enclosed beautiful front and rear garden, stocked with mature trees and plants, with Summerhouse, seating and BBQ facilities. Snettisham is a lovely rural village located between King's Lynn and Hunstanton and within very easy reach of all the North Norfolk beaches and villages. It is only 4 miles from Sandringham Estate, offering wonderful walks in its landscaped gardens and grounds, 3 miles from the closest beach in Snettisham and only a short drive from the very popular beaches of Hunstanton and Brancaster. Within just 5 minutes walk from the property there are good local shops and a range of pubs including the renowned Rose and Crown pub with its traditional ales and food, and a farmers' market held on the second Friday of every month. There is a pharmacy, Co-Op, newsagent, post office and a very good coffee shop / bistro which is openWednesday to Sunday. For childrens' days out there is the popular Snettisham Park Farm, with its deer safaris, farm animals, playgrounds and cafe.
