Sea Breeze is a beautifully renovated St Ives town house with parking space on your doorstep. It is a warm, welcoming cottage that comfortably sleeps six and is equipped to offer a home from home experience , Being in the heart of St Ives, you are just a short stroll from the shops, restaurants and award winning Porthmeor beach as well as the captivating harbour activity.

It has the unique benefit of being able to cater to two cars on the large drive at the front of the property

A three storey 19th century granite townhouse with Wi FI , Sea breeze has a comfortable lounge dining area that with a modern well equipped kitchen benefitting from a glass ceiling with stable door to the rear.

Upstairs on the first level is the large family bathroom / WC which includes a corner shower and heated towel rail. Also on this level are Bedroom 1 which is a double and Bedroom 2 which is set up as a twin room.

Climb the stairs to the attic room and bedroom 3 which is a double with views of St Ives and you can see across the bay to Godrevey light house.

This large well equipped house is the perfect place to base yourself for your vacation to stay in St Ives or use as a base to see Cornwall

We have been regular visitors to St Ives all of our lives, in 2010 we purchased our first cottage in the town it continues to deliver great times and memories, so much so we purchased Sea Breeze in 2017

Why Lisa & Spencer Clark chose St Ives

From our previous cottage we would walk past these properties every day, so we decided a couple of years ago that if we were to upsize in the St Ives then Trenwith Terrace was were we wanted that to be. The houses are in an excellent position and well as having the all important parking. The high celings and accommodation over 3 floors really appeal to us and the whole property architecture is that of a cornish granite townhouse.

St Ives as a place is stunning , 5 beaches, many restaurants, it really does cater for people of all age groups. whether you are a keen artist, surfer or a family that just want to play on the beach the town is perfect, add to this the unique light and local temperate climate its perfect for a long or short break.

For us as you turn off to St Ives at the Hayle roundabout , the outside world is left behind as your priorities change. It is the perfect place for any break.

Superb cottage 5 minutes from the Harbour in St Ives with Parking!

What a fantastic little cottage just 5 minutes walk from the shops and harbour in St Ives!! It has been recently modernised so all the facilities are new and sparkling. The kitchen is really well equipped with everything you could possibly need, the beds are comfy and the bathroom has been refitted extremely tastefully. The stairs are quite steep and narrow as you would expect from a cottage on the hill but you can even see the sea from the bedroom on the top floor. There are two parking spaces outside the cottage which is very rare in St Ives and a huge added bonus. We stayed for a week in July and the weather was amazingly sunny and hot so we didn't venture far from town enjoying many a drink at The Sloop on the Harbour and also lunch at the Porthmeor Beach Café. We will definitely be back to Sea Breeze...…..

What an amazing place - smack, bang in the middle of St Ives

We were lucky enough to stay in this holiday home during our recent trip to St Ives and I only have great things to say.

The place itself was really central (5 minutes walk to the waters edge) with parking for 2+ cars - a lifesaver as I'm 7.5 months pregnant and the thought of lugging a suitcase from a car park was not enticing.

The house itself is immaculate inside with all the mod-cons you'd expect. It's done up to a high-standard and has actually been updated inside, so some of the pictures on this site are actually even better in real life.

I really can't recommend this property enough and we'll definitely be staying again in the future.

Lovely little holiday cottage

St Ives caught our eye on a day trip from Newquay last year, we stumbled across this cottage and booked it whilst still on our holiday, we're so glad we did! As a family of six it catered for our needs perfectly, no worry about parking, town centre and all beaches just a matter of minutes away by foot. Recently refurbished to a high standard we were pleasantly surprised when we walked through the door for the first time and no-one wanted to go home when we had to leave. Definitely recommend sea breeze, we'll be hoping to stay there again next year!

Amazing cottage and location

We stayed here for a week and was just amazing. The property has been recently renovated to a very high standard and has space for 2 cars outside. Only a short walk to beach and town and shops. Spoke to owners over phone and via text and was very helpful and very welcoming.

Would love to return to Sea Breeze again and would definitely recommend this property.

Excellent house and location.

This house was in a perfect location for us just a few minutes walk from the town and beaches. The property was very, very clean and recently decorated to a good standard, the pictures (at the time of booking) didn't do this house Justice.

Master bedroom is a really good size, lovely and bright with two windows looking to the front, twin room Ok and the other double room is in the attic conversion which had lowish ceilings although I probably noticed this more as I am tall. The fairly steep narrow staircase to the attic is worth mentioning as it may pose a problem to the less mobile but that is the way with attic conversions.

The Bathroom is very recently refurbished with a nice free standing bath and a semi wet-room style shower.

Kitchen is also modern with a big range type cooker and everything else that you could need. It was nice that there was no scrimping on essentials that are not always present in rental property such as tea coffee, cooking oil, herbs milk washing up liquid and such like.

I spoke to one of the owners on the phone and by text and he was really friendly and helpful.

All in all I can recommend this rental for getting the most out of St Ives with nothing to fault.

Excellent location and great facilities

We stayed for two weeks and really enjoyed it. The house was immaculate and all rooms were decorated to a high standard. Kitchen and bathroom have all new modern appliances and utensils. Being in the town is not every bodies preference but we loved being close to the beaches, shops and restaurants.
