This beautiful Gulf front complex has everything you and your family need for the perfect vacation destination. Blue Lupine in Blue Mountain Beach is centrally located just one block south of Scenic Highway 30A approximately 20 minutes east of Destin and 20 minutes west of Panama City Beach.
Blue Lupine, previously known as The Inn at Blue Mountain, is a very quiet 48 unit complex nestled between two non-rental subdivisions. Blue Mountain is just a few minutes drive east to Seaside, Watercolor, and Grayton Beach. We are also located in close proximity to Baytowne Wharf, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons, and the new Pier Park shopping and dining complex in Panama City Beach. This offers a grand variety of shopping, dining, and recreation to choose from for everyone in the family.
Our 4th floor (#423), three bedroom, three bath condo has a great tropical feel 'Tommy Bahama' style, and is beautifully decorated for your comfort. The unit boasts 1650 square feet of living area in addition to a 400 square foot balcony with great Gulf views. This is the perfect floor plan with a large living, dining, and kitchen area for entertaining the entire group, and still offers privacy to the bedroom areas with a split bedroom pattern. The master suite has a private balcony, jacuzzi bath with double vanities, and walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the unit with the queen bedroom having sliding door access to the main balcony with views and a private bath. The 3rd bedroom has twin beds and hall bathroom access. All bedrooms and living room have TV/DVD players, and ceiling fans. The private balcony is the perfect place to enjoy dining, relaxing with a good book, or experiencing the breathtaking sunsets.
The building of Blue Lupine offers many amenities including elevators located at each end of the complex for easy access from the main glass enclosed lobby, and the gated garage area, high speed wireless internet service available throughout the building, a fully equipped exercise gym located on the 3rd floor, and a large Gulf front heated community pool and hot tub are situated on the bluff overlooking the beaches. In addition, there are 2 community gas grills available to owners and guests located just outside of the glass enclosed lobby. Each condo entrance accesses the individual condos from the interior 50' atrium which is tropically landscaped and decorated. There is on-site security during the high traffic season, and on-site maintenance is available for emergency situations throughout the year from Tuesday through Saturday with hours being 7AM to 3PM. Also, there are beach chairs and umbrella setups available for rent during the season or you may use our complimentary chairs, umbrella and beach toys!
Most of all take time to relax, and enjoy the ambiance of the area. Scenic Highway 30A parallels 18 miles of paved bike path that encourages you and your family to explore the many unique beach communities along the way. Bring your own bikes or take advantage of the bike rental shops in the area. The Beaches of South Walton have beautiful sugar white sandy beaches, emerald green waters, and rare coastal dune lakes which have made us the desirable vacation paradise we are famous for today.

Beautifully furnished with Tommy Bahama furniture in all rooms. Super clean and with a gourmet kitchen that allows us to prepare fresh seafood when we want it or we can select from the many restaurants in the immediate area.

The condo is located on a good section of 30A which is not as crowded as the beaches on the eastern part of the highway.
The condo itself was well-appointed and spacious. The condo's porches were a nice addition.
The multiple times that you had to go through coded gates to reach to the beach made it difficult to navigate since we were usually carrying supplies. The pool area was not large enough to use. Far too many people were crowded in the small space most of the time.
The washer and dryer were too small to be convenient. It took much too long to dry towels for six people.
We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this beautiful and amazingly clean condo. The owner has been a pleasure to deal with and obviously takes great pride in her condo. This is the nicest and cleanest unit we've ever had the pleasure of staying in. 30A is a great area and we'll definitely be back.

If you like gently lapping waves, quiet walks in a pristine beach and great fresh seafood in unpretentious restaurants, this is your place. The condo was roomy, nicely furnished and fully equipped.
After recent move from desert southwest, this was the first trip to the beach in 10 years. Great time with family, especially our two grandsons. The unit was just right for the six of us. All we needed for cooking great meals, relaxing on the balcony, and relaxing on the sand. Beds were comfortable, great room very adequate for six. Recommend for anyone looking for a great vacation.
