Excellent, with potential to improve even further

Property is conveniently located, well if somewhat over-furnished including some quirky artefacts. Attention to maintenance should include repair of broken chair backs.

Owner's Response: Over 100 5 star reviews across all websites I advertise on. First ever comment for "over-furnished"... apartment is as per photos. Yes I have added some small interesting, quirky & unique artifacts – read reviews – guests typically love them... I guess you can't please everybody. :-( 1x Broken chair back that I assume previous guest broke – because I've never noticed before... 1cm break in clear perspex so easy to miss. Mean review – losing a star due to this :-(

Lovely, delightful, comfortable and overlooking the Lea River, near a lock

Beautiful East Central apartment a short walk (about 20 mins.) from Westfield Mall and connections to wherever one wants to go. Nice walks to the former Olympics area and along the river. The apartment is large and it is decorated with humor and comfort. Wheelchair friendly. John was very kind and nice to help us start our UK journey with our daughter who requires a wheelchair. Highly recommend this apartment and will book again if able to return.

Fabulous location and apartment!

Had a wonderful time here for the World Athletic Champs with a group of friends... the team associated with the apartment (John - owner, Tommy - on-call taxi and Maxine - housekeeper) could not have done more to make us feel welcome and help make our stay so special. Thank you.

Wonderful property!

This was our first time staying in London. If you want to stay in an affordable, large, clean space outside of the city then this is the place to stay. It was about a 5 minute walk to local restaurants. The mall is about a 15-20 minute walk where there are tons of restaurants to choose from. The condo had everything we needed including a hairdryer and extra adapters for our electronics. My husband and I stayed here with another couple and there was plenty of room. John is very accommodating and easy to book with. Ask him for Tom's information if you need a ride from the airport. We were entertained the whole way! We were sad that Tom couldn't take us to the airport on our last day. We were looking forward to his stories! :-) However, he did arrange for someone else to take us. I wish I could go back to London tomorrow and do it all over again. Thank you John for working with us and being flexible with our schedule. You are the best!

Didn't get to stay at this place due to some plumbing issues but owner took care of us and put us up in another property that worked out great.

We would still recommend this property or any others managed by John.
