This one bedroomed cottage sits on the llyn Penninsula near the World Famous pub The Ty Coch on the beach of Porth Dinllean near Morfa Nefyn. It has a homely feel where you can cosy up around the log burner in the evening, there is also a newly fitted central heating system.
As well as a Double Bed there is a Double Sofa Bed that sleeps 2 people so the cottage can sleep up to 4 people but is more suited for a couple.
The cottage is typical of a many Welsh cottages and has tight windy stiairs up to the double bedroom, here you will find a comfy double bed a small wardrobe and a large set of drawers for storage, the loft bedroom is unusual in style with a very airy feel about it. The bathroom that is off the bedroom has an electric shower toilet and sink with large electric towel rail and boat shaped storage shelf. Skylight windows give you a view of the beautiful stary nights on the Llyn.
The kitchen is fully fitted with a washing machine there is an electric towel rail in the bathroom for drying clothes also a ceiling dryer in the kitchen as well as the conventional outside clothes line.
The cottage has a small front garden with chairs and table for you to enjoy the view of the Rival mountains over Nefyn. There is a side passage to the cottage that accesses the side entrance to the cottage where there is storage for bikes and an outside WC, up the steps at the side there is a small patio where you will find the clothes line.
Parking is road side outside the front of the cottage the road is a quiet local road.
There is a £1 coin electric meter that averages around £20 for heavy winter use. The log burner accepts wood and coal that are available to purchase at the local diy store in Morfa Nefyn, the fire will be laid ready for your use on arival.
This is a no smoking allowed in the cottage.
The cottage is small so suitable for small families with a small medium sized dog.
