Beautiful period semi detached property located in the picturesque village of Birkdale with its wide variety of restaurants & bars.The property is situated within 5 minutes walk of Royal Birkdale golf course ( home of the 2017 golf open championship ) and Hillside train station which provides access to both Southport & Liverpool via direct rail link - only 30 mins train journey from the excellent shopping at Liverpool One,the Beatles visitor attractions and of course the world famous sporting venues such as Aintree racecourse, Liverpool, FC and Everton FC football stadia.
Southport beach front resort is situated only five minutes drive away where you will find a cosmopolitan array of restaurants, cafes and shops.
The property itself has front and rear gardens, separate garage with out buildings and off road parking for two vehicles.Internally the property retains many original features including fully functional open fires in reception rooms and several bedrooms. The kitchen is has undergone an extensive refurbishment resulting in a modern beautiful kitchen
The three tier property is comprised of two double bedrooms and a completely refurbished shower room completed to the highest standard.The 2nd floor has one double bedroom and a further single bedroom and a second family bathroom. All rooms are equipped with wi fi and Flatscreen TV's.

Excellent property and friendly owners

Lovely home within a great location
There were 8 family members who stayed in this house for a weekend.
The kids loved the table tennis in the garden and it was very close the the station which meant we could get into Liverpool and Southport. The kitchen was well equipped and the house had everything you needed.
You were ideal guests, house was immaculate. Glad the kids enjoyed the table tennis soon it will be under lights for when the nights draw in.
Hopefully we will see you and your family again in the future
