David and Carmen have lived in Dogpatch for many years. They enjoy music, art, politics, sports, travel and San Francisco's many great restaurants.
Why David chose Potrero Hill
We fell in love with Dogpatch and Potrero for it's convienient location, weather, and unique neighborhood character.
What makes this House unique
Close to downtown, Caltrain,Bay Bridge, Hwy. 280. ATT Park, yet quite, and serene Dogpatch retains it's unique small neighborhood atmosphere.

Beautiful Victorian house in Dogpatch
Beautiful HUGE house, conveniently located. Four of us stayed for nearly a week to attend a meeting at the Moscone Center - an easy 35-40 minute walk away. Lovely back deck to relax on after the meeting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.
Great location- beautiful home.
This home was truly a “Victorian Beauty” with high ceilings, wooden floors and lots of space for 4 adults to each have their own space. The home was light, had 2 decks, and was convenient to public transportation- both busses and trains and to several wonderful Dogpatch restaurants and groceries. David was a thoughtful host and checked in after a couple of days to see if we needed anything. Would recommend both the house and the neighborhood - particularly the Just For You Cafe and Piccinos pizza.
Charming Victorian House
Nice & clean Victorian House. Easily accessible from freeway, and close to SOMA and FiDi districts.
Dave was easy to deal with and very responsive.
A charming, old and well appointed typical San Francisco terrace house
We had a throughly enjoyable stay for our family of 6 including a 3 year old and 1.5 year old. It is well situated in the Interesting Dogpatch location. It is well appointed with all modern conveniences. The owner was always responsive to our emails and very helpful with any special requests. A very happy and memorable visit.
Beautiful and Historic Victorian Home
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this authentic Victorian home. The house is located in a lovely neighborhood of similar homes on a tree lined street, in the Dogpatch, Portrero Hill area. The location is convenient to coffee shops, cafes, restaurants and train lines. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. We enjoyed sitting out on the front steps watching the neighbors walk by with their dogs or sitting out on the back deck for a glass of wine.
David and his wife are attentive hosts and do their best to insure a comfortable stay and great experience.
Thanks Michele ! :)

Location and Style!
This was the perfect place for my adult children and my husband and I to have a 4 day vacation. The cafes near by were awesome for getting excellent coffee in the morning...Piccino cafe and restaurant make the best coffee my husband has ever had! ..It was such a lovely neighbourhood to walk around in....we walked to Plow restaurant for breakfast...well worth the hour wait....a quick Uber to Fishermans wharf....a grassy park nearby for a fitness boot camp morning followed by breakfast right on the corner...
The house itself was so authentically old and yet very comfortable ...lots of space and light ....well kept and beautifully decorated.. we would stay there again in a heartbeat!
We are 2 blocks from the waterfront, and local cafes, restaurants, and bars. The famous SF Ferry Building,Farmers Market is s 30 minute walk from our house along the scenic SF waterfront.
ATT Park (SF Giants Baseball) is a short ride on T line light rail, or an easy 15 minute bike ride,or 20 minute walk along the waterfront. There is a weekly farmers market at UCSF Mission Bay as well
