About the property

Newly refurbished luxury 2 bedroom apt in quiet gated complex.

1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, family bathroom with walk in shower.

Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge/freezer, 4 ring electric hob and oven, kettle, toaster, microwave and crockery etc.

Lounge/dining area with sofa, flat screen TV with BBC1, BBC2, ITV1-4, C4, C5, RTE1 & 2.

Locking safe also included at no additional charge.

Free standing air dryer. All towels and linen including terrace towels provided.

Glass sliding door lead out onto gated terrace with comfortable seating area. The apartment is located next to the swimming pool and sunbed area.

The apartment has private Wi-Fi.

Communal heated swimming pool and separate children´s pool both set within a terraced area with sunbeds.

The bar/restaurant in the complex is open from 10am until 6pm each day.

While there is lots of parking space available, due to its convenient location a car is not necessary. The apartment is two mins walk to a large grocery store, five minute walk (on flat ground) to the beach and the main Avenida of Puerto Del Carmen. The Avenida runs from Matagorda to Old Town an ideal and beautiful route for cycling or running enthusiasts. The apartment is located within a very short walking distance to local bars and restaurants. Eight minutes in a taxi or a 40 minute leisurely stroll along the beach will take you to old town.

The apartment is cleaned weekly with supplied. An additional mid-stay cleaning service can be arranged for an extra fee.

We can supply a guest arrival pack containing (water, milk, bread, tea, coffee, butter & sugar) at €15 extra.

The Arrecife airport is only 10 minutes in a taxi.

This apartment is ideal for couples or young families.

modern and very clean

Modern, beautiful and very clean apartment. This is in a flat area of PDC so no steep hills or steps from the strip to complex. The apartment has everything needed for a perfect holiday in the sun.The only negative is that there is clothes storage in 1 of the bedrooms only but as we were with our young son this wasn't an issue for us but travelling as 2 couples this could be a problem. This is a great family complex to stay on it is gated, very peaceful, safe, clean and well maintained. The full time residents are friendly and extremely helpful. The bar/cafe on site is open from 9.30 to 8 pm with happy hour from 5-7 pm. We enjoyed a few drinks before heading the 5 minute walk to the strip(casino area)for dinner. I cannot rave enough about how fab the two ladies working in the bar are Sally and Hannah are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble ordering taxis, providing buckets and shovel for the beach, they make its a home from home. We never had a issue getting sunbed around the pool, there is toilets beside the bar so the kids don't have to keep running with wet feet through the apartment which was fab. I would be happy to stay here again on our next trip to Lanzarote.

From first contact with the owner through to leaving everything was as set out in the information pack

The apartment was very well presented including first class wi fi and TV

The location was good and within easy walking to all facilities

Impressed by not only the apartment but also the area and service

My family and myself had a great time at this apartment and Puerto Del Carmen. It was a great holiday for the whole family with the quality of the apartment and the whole facility with a family friendly pool and close vicinity to the beach and shops. Michael and James, our hosts where always available and helpful in every circumstance that arouse. Friendly neighbours and great sun area. Would recommend this to all visitors with families wanting a great experience and hospitality.
