About the property

It is not often that one comes across a City Centre apartment complex with lush green gardens; at St Martini Gardens there is just that along with a large outdoor swimming pool and a play park for the little ones with a stream passing through which is home to a few fish.

Nine-O-Six is an open plan studio apartment which can accommodate a maximum of two adults. The sleeping area offers a queen sized bed with closet space, an en suite bathroom with shower, wall mounted toilet, basin and heated towel rail.

Dark wood furnishings with grey and yellow colour scheme flows from the sleeping area to the living area which is an uncluttered space with modern pieces. A comfortable grey sofa, glass top coffee table and flat screen TV (with commercial package DSTV) makes up the living room. Dine with a view of Table Mountain and Lions Head from the indoor or outdoor dining tables.

A contemporary clean kitchenette with its grey and white colours comes fully equipped with a bar fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and built in stove and oven top as well as all the necessary crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils one would need for a comfortable stay.

Breathtaking views of both Table Mountain and Lions Head can be seen from the balcony. Guests have access to a coin operated Laundromat within the complex; WI-Fi is also available and can be purchased online.

Centrally situated within walking distance to the city centre and its surrounds, makes this studio the perfect base for holiday couples and business travellers alike. Enjoy a walk or feed the Squirrels in the Company’s Gardens, visit the Iziko SA Museum and Planetarium, book yourself a spa treatment at the 15 On Orange Hotel, pop into the SA National Gallery or simply enjoy a cup of afternoon tea at the Company Gardens Restaurant simply because all of this is will be right on your doorstep.

If you don’t fancy walking then hop onto the City Sightseeing hop on/hop off tour bus ( which stops outside the main entrance) to explore the wonders of Cape Town. Whilst walking to and from your car which will be parked at the 15 On Orange Hotel (a quick 2 minutes walk from the apartment) you will pass by restaurant Eighty-Ate with street cafe flair. Vibey Kloof street is around the corner along with the rest of the Mother City.
