Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment in fantastic location. One bedroom has a double bed with ensuite bathroom and the other bedroom has two comfortable single beds.

There are inbuilt wardrobes in both bedrooms and the washing machine is situated in the main bathroom. Both bathrooms were completely renovated in the last 2/3 years.

The apartment is a 2 minute walk to the stunning Cala Gran and Cala Esmeralda beaches and a few minutes walk to the family friendly town centre full of restaurants and fun things to do; and a short walk to the beautiful port where you can hire bicycles and boats. The apartment has newly installed integrated air conditioning/ heating with units in both bedrooms and the lounge/ dining room area ensuring comfortable temperatures all year round. The internet is installed and a freeview television system provides a wide range of both English and Spanish television channels. There are also a range of DVDs and books provided as well as a radio.

The apartment is situated in a tranquil, secure, private setting with tropical gardens and a communal swimming pool. It has a large outdoor terrace and sun loungers - perfect for outdoor dining, sunbathing and relaxing.

There is also a sofa bed in the living area and therefore the apartment can accommodate a family of up to 6 people. The kitchen has an oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle with a comprehensive range of cutlery.

Private parking is available within the complex and there are excellent supermarkets within easy walking distance.

The apartment is within a 50 minute drive from Palma de Mallorca airport and is well situated for day trips exploring the island. Airport buses stop 100m metres from the apartment on the same road- Carrer de Conillera- making the apartment easily accessible from the airport. There are several comfortable public buses a day from Palma to Cala D'Or and return making visits to the lively and interesting capital easy.

We bought our apartment in 2012 having stayed in another appartment on the complex. We have thoroughly enjoyed our holidays in Cala D'Or and love exploring other parts of Mallorca which are easily accessible. Family members are in the medical, legal, arts and business professions and we live in Kent and Surrey and Essex. We will always ensure our guests are comfortable and hope you will enjoy the apartment as if it is your own home. We will always be directly contactable to answer any queries that arise.

What makes this apartment unique

Superb access to family beaches of the highest quality as well as swimming off the rocks just down from the apartment. Cala D'Or town is a 5 minute leisurely stroll away with excellent shopping and facilities. There are two supermarkets within walking distances well as a children's entertainment area-MallorcaLand literally 400 metres away.

There is a beautiful Marina and Harbour and high quality restaurants in the town and on the harbour.

Schöne Wohnung in Strandnähe!

Wir waren sieben Tage zu zweit in der Wohnung. Besonders schön ist, dass sich die Wohnung etwas ruhiger in einem Apartmentkomplex befindet und es keine Hotels direkt angrenzend gibt. Trotzdem ist man schnell am Strand (ca. 3 - 5 Minuten zu Fuß). Ein Pool, der gemeinschaftlich genutzt wird gibt es auch. Die Größe ist ausreichend und zur schnellen Abkühlung gut geeignet.

Im Zentrum von Cala D'Or ist man in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Umliegend gibt es genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war gut.

Super beliggenhed nær strand og by

Lejlighed tæt på det hele, en god udlejer. Det er desværre en dårlig aircondition, men ved udlejer vil invensterei nyt, lejligheden er noget mørk, men en dejlig terrasse. Man skal være opmærksom på at der kan være karkelakker. Ønsker man en lejlighed tæt på det hele uden den store luxus er det et godt valg.
