The conversion has been cleverly done using wood and wrought iron to create a comfortable home within a building of much history and character.
The brewery's original hillside garden remains; it is private and secluded with incomparable views over Edinburgh's skyline (Holyrood Park, Arthur's Seat, The Parliament, Holyrood Palace and The Roofs of the Old Town). It's a great retreat for a relaxing cup of coffee or a glass of wine on a summer's evening.
The courtyard is gated with your allocated parking space.

Ground floor - hallway, shower-room with sink and WC, TV Snug with comfortable sofa bed (would suit two small children or one adult, two at a push!).
Middle floor- Large open plan kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, washing machine, fridge, freezer and microwave, dining area and sitting area.
Top floor - king-size bed, floor to ceiling wardrobes and en-suite shower room with WC and sink.
Guests will have full access to the entire property, the shared garden and the allocated car parking.
The old town of Edinburgh is a Unesco World Heritage Site home to Edinburgh Castle (20 minute walk), Holyrood Palace (5 minute walk), The Royal Mile (5 minute walk) and your Townhouse Residence!
It becomes one of the main hubs for the festival and fringe performances and brims with shops, restaurants and tourist attractions.
All the main sights and facilities are within easy walking distance but
guests will have sole use of an allocated parking space and day trips to the beaches of East Lothian or St Andrews are recommended if you have time.
Waverley train station and the airport bus terminus is a 10 minute walk.
York Place tram terminus serving Edinburgh Airport is around a 15 minute walk.
Edinburgh is served by an excellent bus service.
