Wonderful cottage & location
A truly amazing week. A warm, cosy cottage and very relaxing.
Holiday in the Peak District
Roman Tree Cottage was fabulous. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything and more that we could have hoped for. There is some great walks from the doorstep and having a welcoming , cosy cottage to return to was lovely. Jane, the homeowner, was very helpful and friendly with a welcoming phone call on arrival. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a break in the Peak District.
Really lovely cottage. Very welcoming for us an the dogs. Great location for walking with the dogs. Local pub take out food was really nice. All the extras made us feel so welcome.
Really enjoyed our stay, the cottage is lovely.
Very well equipped, comfortable and spotlessly clean.
The village is a great location to get out and about exploring with great walks on the doorstep. The village pub was great,, we had some fab meals in there.
Garden to the cottage in very secure for dogs and nice to sit out and take in the views to the front of the property.
Fab large smart TV in lounge and we could sign in to our Netflix account to watch a film on an evening lounging on the comfy sofa’s,, we didn’t need to make a fire but can imagine would make it even more cosy in the cold months.
Great communication from owners nothing was too much trouble when asking questions.
lovely welcome hamper and cake left for us,
Thank you Jane we will definitely be returning 😃
Lovely, homely and comfortable cottage set in beautiful countryside. So much to do in the area that you could stay a month and not see it all. Perfect. Thoroughly recommend.
