This stylish accomodation has been refurbished with wooden flooring, TVs in every bedroom, leather sofa's, a contemporary dining suite and is immaculate throughout.

Please do not mistake this property with the usual tired holiday let we have all sadly turned up to, only to be disapointed. Our home is 5 star rated on TripAdvisor, immaculately presented and professionally cleaned and checked to ensure you have no disappointments. This waterside townhouse is fitted with plasma wall mounted TV's, Sky television,BT Sport1, HD Sky Plus anf Freeview, WiFi, and broadbans conection, it offers every comfort possible. It has a waterside patio to seat 8 and a balcony to the first floor lounge. The stunning Bridge Restaurant and Bar is is a two minute walk away and CAMRA rated pubs a short walk away. The property is in a private development and offers private 2 car parking. It's situated in a quiet 'Privately Owned', 'Residents Only' area and provides easy access to Plymouth, and the whole of Devon and Cornwall. The convenient and regular Water Taxi to The Barbican is a short walk away. Beaches, shops, restaurants and bars are within short walking distance from the property. Bed linen, towels, electricity and central heating are included. We regret no pets and have decided not to accept stag/ hen parties because of recent poor experiences.

Very well situated property with an excellent view over to Plymouth

I have stayed at a number of properties and have to say that this is an excellently maintained and situated property.

Plenty of room, great views, and nicely situated a 10 minute walk to the Mount Batten ferry over to Plymouth, or a 5 minute walk to the local beach. In addition a couple of bars and restaurants close by.

It was great to sit out on the main patio or even on the balcony.

We had a small problem with the hot water on arrival but that was sorted out with a quick phone call. Other than that the only suggestions I would make would be for a dishwasher and a new BBQ.

Had a really good time and would stay there again.
