Burrells Cottage is delightful ,situated close to local convenience store and pubs with great menus.
The cottage has a pretty tiled entrance leading to a spacious open planned lounge dinner, the lounge has a brick built fireplace with open fire for those cosy evenings. Soft wall lighting.There are a selection of games DVDs and books.The TV is a smart TV and is also a DVD player. Comfortable dining table . The showeroom , which has a large shower, towel rail to keep your towels,a toilet and wash basin.The kitchen has been tastefully appointed with washing machine dishwasher,fridge freezer, an induction hob and a fan oven. There are three sets of China including serving dishes and terrines if you are a foodie that likes to eat at home.Takeaway in Leiston also deliver. A picinic set is also for your use.The garden is completely secluded with BBQ for your use , it has a nice suite for your comfort(cushions in storage box. A lawned area it if safe for children . A lovely place for fresco dining. The front of the cottage overlooks the green and is a lovely place for an afternoon rest .The stairs lead to the two bedrooms, the front is a twin bedded room with a large hanging cupboard. The master bedroom has a delightful French king size bed with bedside tables , a double wardrobe and dressing table . A hairdryer can be found in the drawer. The ensuite is lovely having a free standing bath with waterfall taps toilet and hand basin. Towels will be provided.
The village of Knodishall has a natural common surrounded by gorse and habitat for many birds and wildlife ,there is also a large children's playground.Many public footpath walks,a natural pond .Riverside walks.The local public house is the Butchers Arms which serves food lunchtime and evenings .
