Delightful apartment in condo, on the second floor with elevator.
The apartment consists of entrance, two double bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchenette, a living area divided into a dining area and sitting area.
It is complete with linens, crockery, washing machine and wi. fi. Tim House.
Terrace with deckchairs. It is equipped with indoor parking space. Close to ski slopes, mini market, laundry, ski schools, bars, restaurants, pizzeria.

Great ski location in quiet village
Very comfortable and well equipped apartment, lovely sitting dining area with great view of ski slopes, small bedrooms, and tiny kitchen but enough for a ski week. Very close to ski school, rental, deposit and lift ticket office. No walking in boots at all! Limited eating opportunities in the village but enough for a week. Good little mini store just downstairs had all we needed for breakfast and pasta suppers. Local slopes had great skiing, Sansicario was even better and empty, Sauze a bit further for variety. Lots of great value on-slope restaurants for vin brûlée, hot chocolate and cappuccinos. Italy is the best for us!
I'm sorry that the guests were not completely satisfied the accommodation is already discreetly livable compared to the standards, taking into consideration that it is a holiday apartment. As for the restaurants discourse, the place is poor, but provided with a rental car, you can move comfortably in Sestriere, Cesana or Oulx to have a good choice of places to enjoy good food. Those who love skiing can rent equipment or bring their own and for skipasses can request information from the Tourist Office a Sestriere to find out if promotions with group and weekly discounts are possible. There is also a shuttle that connects Sestriere Borgata to Sestriere and the timetables are
exposed at the entrance to the Mini Market and Ski School. The Mini Market hours are from 8am to 12.30am and from 4pm to 7.30pm,
instead there is a supermarket and small shopping center "LE BAITE" in Oulx with open from 8:30 to 20:00.
The distance traveled by car from Sestriere to Cesana is 20 minutes and Sestriere Oulx is 40 minutes.

Situé au pied des pistes, l'appartement est chaleureux, joliment décoré, très propre et bien agencé. Nous avons passé de très belles vacances en famille. Merci beaucoup aux propriétaires pour le soin apporté pour notre meilleur confort. A l'année prochaine !!!
Situato ai piedi delle piste, l'appartamento è caldo, ben arredato, molto pulito e ben organizzato. Abbiamo trascorso una fantastica vacanza in famiglia. Grazie mille ai proprietari per le cure fornite per il nostro miglior comfort. Ci vediamo l'anno prossimo !!!
